Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Named the botanical bungalow for all the plants inside in out- you can dine under lights on the outdoor entertainment space, stroll to the local neighborhood coffee shop, and feel right at home. We strive to make this the best experience for you with extra amenities and comfort in mind!

Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Beautiful hiking trails behind the property and an outdoor mall less than 1 mile away with shopping, restaurants and a movie theater.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
