Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

The Crow's Nest is a bright, comfortable studio with a 3/4 bath, sitting area, dining area and its own cable TV. It contains a kitchenette with refrigerator and a counter oven for longer stays. We are located in a residential neighborhood, near many restaurants and stores, Lynnwood Convention Center, Alderwood Mall, I-5 and I-405, and only 2 miles for the Lynnwood Light Rail station for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
