Our house is located in the nature in a beautiful quiet secure family, the location you feel that live in the village with the sounds of birds and nature. It is embraced by an exotic garden, surrounded by the smells of Crete, palm trees, flowers, oranges with wonderful mountain views.

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet. My place is a ground floor apartment, suitable for 2 people. It is 15 km from Chania airport, 5.4 km from Souda port, 2.1 km from the nearest beach, and a 15-minute walk from the city center. 80 meters from the apartment, there is a bus stop. At 200 meters there is the most economical tavern in town with traditional food. Within walking distance, there are mini markets and bakeries in the neighborhood.
