This rural farmhouse in Carrownagry 3km from the small town of Mullagh was built in 1935, restored and renovated by the original owner's grandson in 2022. It is located in the beautiful countryside of West Clare. We are located less than a two minute drive or a ten minute walk to Miltown Malbay, home to the annual Willie Clancy Festival of traditional Irish music. The beautiful Spanish Point beach is only a five minute drive away and for those who enjoy surfing, Lahinch is a fifteen minute drive.
