Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mpatsi

George und Roula were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. There was marmalade and a very tasty cake waiting for me on arrival. I was picked up and returned to the bus station. The flat is right by the sea and there's a great terrace to enjoy the view from. The tavernas and restaurants on the seafront and in the Chora are only a few minutes walk. So all in all: perfect!

The apartment was lovely and well presented and in a perfect location to access the beach and the old town with its pedestrianised area of many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The outside area was great for eating or relaxing and has a sea view. The host was very friendly and happy to provide recommendations. Natasha

Nicole met us at the bus station and was a super helpful host. Lovely comfortable spacious space in an historic house. Had a great 11 day stay. The kitchen was well equipped and loads of towels, hot water and comfortable beds. Terrace and views perfect. Quiet but only steps away from lovely pedestrian street with good supermarket, bakeries etc. A smaller fresh organic, local products, vegan and fresh veg store nearby too . Best coffee at Biriki. Hiked 7 of the beautiful trails with amazing views using excellent Andros trail map from local bookstore. Taxi and bus used to access some trails including the Panachrantou Monastry and Diptomata Gorge ones . Highly recommend this lovely airbnb and Andros. A hiker’s paradise.

This was a very calm, stylish and clean apartment, very easy to find and very close to the town. At night very quiet, the beds were comfy we slept really well. Also the apartment is sooo nice and cool, even though it was warm outside the apartment stayed cold inside. Incredible view from the balcony where we have sat for hours. Also Violetta and her mom Elena are a delight and always there when you need them. I highly recommend this place for a hiking vacation on Andros.

Dora’s place is very comfy, peaceful and private with a gorgeous view. We felt at home immediately and loved waking to the sun rising over the Aegean. A few minutes’ drive and you’re at low-key Gialia beach with crystal clear water. Just a single row of sunloungers at €8 a pair and a pretty cafe behind. Drive a few more minutes’ and you have the hustle and bustle of Chora. Dora’s place is a unique spot with easy access to beach, town and walks. Great value.

We had a magical stay in this beautiful place. The house is basic but very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were stunning and our host made sure we knew what was around us in the local area in the way of restaurants, beaches & things to do. He also has family nearby which was reassuring had we needed anything. We really had a wonderful escape.

Exactly as described. A perfectly equipped studio (literally the best we ever stayed related to this) with an amazing yard and a beautiful small pool. Great experience, highly recommended!

George was a super responsive and proactive host and greeted us at the property. the place is as pictured, simple but exactly what you need for some time relaxing on Andros. it's super peaceful and has a private garden and amazing views! the beach is about 3min with car and andros about 7min with car. i recommend renting some transportation to explore surrounding areas and the island. we really enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

In a nice spot with clean sea under the accommodation and free sun loungers. great views and sunset . Family environment, quiet. Mr. Marcos helpful and friendly. The home is also very close to Batsi.

We had a wonderful stay at the accommodation! The room was very clean, comfortable and elegantly decorated, with a wonderful view and all the basic amenities we needed. The location was ideal, quiet but also close to everything we needed, and the hostess was kind, helpful and available for anything we needed. The only minor observation concerns the bathroom, which could be more functional or renovated to match the rest of the quality of the space. Nevertheless, it did not significantly affect our overall experience. We will definitely prefer it again on our future visit to Andros!

We stayed in this house 9 days and overall we were very happy, as the house has everything! It was clean and tidy, a fully equipped kitchen and functional. The rooms had adequate closets and storage spaces. Linens and towels are fine as well. The terrace had an amazing view of Batsi and the sea. Margarita is very prompt and helpful. On the negatives of the house I would mention the proximity to the main street and the related noise, the fact that the 2 bedrooms do not have air conditioning and that the wifi was not working adequately for the 4 of us. The house is in a complex, which would need maintenance and grooming in the common areas. Our general impression is in any case positive.

We felt at home during our stay, the host welcomed us for a late check-in, gave helpful tips for local dinning, and was always available for help. We liked that the host does cleaning and changes linens during the stay. The property has everything for a family stay, the rooms are spacious and have enough space in wardrobes, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean. The property is close to the beach and a local grocery store, at a quiet place and there is no noise from neighbours, has enough shadow to hide from summer sun during the day.

We had a great stay. The view is amazing. The balcony is large, private and with nice sun/wind screens. The airco works well. After 2 nights they cleaned the apartment. Great service. We will come again.

We stayed in Lemonia for five nights. It is a fantastic place, very peaceful with a lovely view. The bedroom is separate to living and bathroom so you’re not woken by your other half. You can eat inside or outside on the terrace overlooking the valley of Livadia. The sheets were changed while we were there and the rooms were cleaned every day. The town is a 10-minute walk away and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. Parking is easy, if you come with a car. Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Absolutely recommend to stay here.

We loved staying at at Kelly and Stelios's place. The view is breathtaking. We enjoyed having the kitchenette/eating area on the balcony. The location is great as it's only 5 minutes by car from the port city. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay in the historic mansion! The location was amazing and the space is lovely to spend time in. The beach across the bay from the house was great with kids and it was wonderful to be a staircase away from all the shops and restaurants of the Main Street. Alexandros was very helpful and knowledgeable - we highly recommend his place if you are ever headed to Chora.

Amazing view! Walking out the door instantly hit by the beauty of the port. Was meet up by Athina the host. Very kind and friendly. She gave the run down of the property and space I occupied. Will recommend this location to anyone staying on this island.

Great stay at Margarita's place who was a great, responsive host. Her mom lives above which was convenient when we had an oven issue. She cooked our dinner at her place!!! So thank you so much:) The only small hitch is that on the roof of the house downstairs there is a water tank. Who spoils the view a little bit. There are them everywhere in Greece so you have to do with it. It didn't bother our stay at Margarita's at all. Vast, clean, super well-equipped accommodation and the view of the port of Panormos is very soothing (in the shade in the late afternoon - it feels good). Walking to panormos bay is also great. Congratulations and thank you to Margarita and her parents!!! Nice place!

We stayed in Avrilia's flat early January when everything is closed for tourists, thanks for the pizzeria on Jan2! Avrilia's flat is just absolutely well laid out and comfy despite the cold in the evening. Avrilia made everything possible so that we were comfortable (hot water, kitchen, heating, sleepers!) and was there to welcome us, January and brave tourists coming to Andros. I recommend and would love to come over again, Andros is worth more than one visit, especially if you stay at Avrilia's in Chora!

Afroditi’s place was perfect for our stay in Andros. The house had great views of the bay and town below. Although the house sits up on a hill, there are convenient paths down to town that take 7-10 mins to walk. The view is why you stay here, plus comfortable rooms and plenty of space. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay. A warm welcome and full of thoughtfulness from Andreas's parents. The accommodation is quiet and very well-equipped. With remarkable views and a sunset to die for.
