The place was easy to find, especially with the help of the host who shared a location pin and a video with clear instructions that guided us smoothly through the gate. The property is just as beautiful as the pictures: peaceful and perfect for anyone needing a reset or some quiet rejuvenation. There are local restaurants nearby if you’re keen to explore (which we did), and on our final night, we enjoyed an amazing braai at the venue itself. One of my favorite touches was the electric blanket—an absolute blessing during the winter chill, especially being so close to the river. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Hot Springs pool. Spending time in the warm water while the air was cold around us was pure bliss! The host was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations on things to do and places to dine. The only thing I would’ve loved was a designated outdoor spot for a bonfire or an oil heater in the room. The nights were very cold, and it would’ve been nice to h

The place is beautiful and peaceful. It looked exactly like the pictures. The walk leading to the unit was a little humbling, but so worth it. Monica is one amazing host, she was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I stayed at Mimie's for 3 weeks while on a work trip to Pretoria and couldn't have chosen a better place. The cabin was cosy and the plants and trees in the compound made me completely at home. Mimie's place is in a lovely and serene neighbourhood within walking distance to a shopping complex and a number of good restaurants. The highlight of my stay was Mimie's hospitality! She left snacks at my place on the first day since I was arriving in the evening and brought home made cookies for me to take home as she came to bid me farewell!

We loved the farm stay, the beds were so comfy and the heated blankets saved us through the wintery night. It's a cosy cottage and cute with loads of deers and antelope around. Highly recommend 👌

We loved our stay. It was peaceful and a lovely place. We only had an issue with the water in the shower, not being hot enough and the water came out slightly brown. We also didn’t realize it was so far Dullstroom, as this was why we had booked the accommodation. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and loved the peacefulness of the cabin.

We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. Nadia's place was welcoming, clean and well equipped. Tastefully decorated and everything you might need in the kitchen. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like electric blankets and extra blankets for the cold. The fireplace was a welcome addition. The garden is beautiful, with wonderful bird life and butterflies for nature enthusiasts. Will definitely be returning and will recommend this gorgeous spot in Dullies to friends and family.

Beautiful place to stay. Private and peaceful. Amazing to watch the animals whilst having your morning coffee. Didn’t use the fire pit but I’m sure it would make for a wonderful evening sipping wine and watching the sunset.

Wow, what a gem of a cottage with an amazing view and nice peaceful private space to relax. absolutely spotless and well catered. Dick was very friendly and helpful and it was a smooth pitstop for the night. Highly recommend this place. 🙂

Serene and beautiful escape from the city and town. Ideal for just relaxing with a good book and resetting. Lovely nature and birds all around. Walking trial with the river only a couple of meters walk from the cabin. The road is a bit rough and the road works to get to the destination is a bit of a pain. I am sure once the road is fixed it will be an easy and smooth drive though.

Etienne went the extra mile for us. He even borrowed us his phone charger. Verry nice host and had the privilege to meet him at the property. He gave us local recommendations and it did not disappoint. Kaapsehoop is a beautiful place. Hopefully we will be back soon.

The cabin was as beautiful as the picture, but you couldn’t see in the picture the elephants that came right past the fence all evening! Very exotic, very comfortable, lovely host.

This was the perfect escape from the big city and the cabin is so gorgeous! This place is beautiful , clean , safe and Albie is such a friendly guy. We would definitely go back to visit again 🥰

Gerda was an incredible host! It was truly a wonderful experience staying there. They provided food for the animals and made sure we were well taken care of. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need, just bring your own groceries. We had an amazing time making pizza and relaxing around the boma fire. And the pool? Absolutely dreamy! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful place to relax away from the bustle of life. The sound of stream running right under the shack was such a treat. It's a little far from shops so stock up before you arrive and be prepared to travel for activities, but so worth it in my opinion.
