Fantastic apartment, great location, walking distance from all the amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants, mosque, old media and the beach/sea. The apartment was in a quiet and very secure residence area in the heart of the tourist zone. It was well equipped with all essential items needed to enjoy our stay with an enormous terrace with sea views. The owner was friendly and helpful. We are hopeful to return again in the future as we loved our stay.

The welcome is striking, from the entrance of the residence, and when you pass the threshold of the apartment you feel at home. In this quiet period, you appreciate even more the serenity and sweetness of this house, especially with the family. The nights are quiet and lulled by birds chirping. A refreshing weekend. It is always comfortable to stay with you, a clean, safe and tidy apartment, for me now a second home. Surrounding area with local restaurants and shops. Ahmed is always present and caring, available for any advice or needs. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon.

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁

We enjoyed our stay in Nabeul. Mohamed told our taxi driver where to drop us off and met us with his car. He then drove us around the immediate area to show us places of interest. After that, we went to the apartment. Everything was fine and his place is very centrally located with bakeries, mini-marts, and fruit stands within a few hundred meters. You are in a fairly quiet neighborhood just minutes from the center of town. Nabeul itself is a great town. There are nice restaurants and dessert places, good beaches, and plenty of action in the evening when everyone goes out. If you're lucky, you'll even get to see a wedding party or two like we did! The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning works very well, so you don't have to worry about being too hot inside. Mohamed is a good guy and he will do his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. About the only negative was that the water may be cut off in the evening, but that is a city policy, not Mohamed's!

A residence is very quiet, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Great location and close to all amenities. i highly recommend it!

We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

The location is ideal, and the tranquility of the place allows you to truly recharge your batteries. My hosts are still as attentive and helpful as ever, with the same kindness that impressed me so much during my first stay. Their warm welcome really makes the difference! The fact that I'm coming back speaks for itself—it's become my go-to place in the region. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for a third stay! I recommend 100%. The flat was just perfect and with everything you might wish to have. home away from home for sure. Samy and her mum were extremely kind and reactive. I will definitely book with them again, perfect in every way.

Very good stay. The apartment is as indicated ( air conditioning and tv in all rooms). Residence swimming pool accessible with map and supervised. Map giving access to umbrellas on the beach (5 min walk). Very good location, 5 mins by car from Carthage land. Mr AZIZ was very welcoming, accompanied us to the pool and beach as soon as we arrived, to show us the accesses. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for your welcome ☺️

we had a nice stay in a nice and large well-equipped apartment and especially the central air conditioning and the pool and wifi are nice services and more ,good location very close to the beach and put on the road between nabeul and hammamet l host Aida hiber very warm and welcoming and very responsive, we highly recommend it.

The apartment matches the photos: not very large but well functional: we held in it for 4 for a week, no problem. It is modern and clean. The residence is recent, and modern too, with an elevator, a guard, a small but appreciable swimming pool for children. The big plus: the residence is 50 meters from a very beautiful beach, to my knowledge one of the best in Hammammet. There are umbrellas rented on the beach location located right in front of the residence, in limited number. You can also find some restaurants on the page (for lunch) but also in the tourist area of Mrezga , towards the water park. Some are even accessible on foot (10-minute walk). Very positive experience, Sameh is a very kind host.

Beautiful, wahoo , very nice apartment, nothing was missing, exemplary cleanliness, the residence is Beautiful and very very frequent. The residence is cleaned all day, the caretaker is always there. My daughters were able to spend nice evenings with the friends who made themselves. Super secure. Very well located, Beautiful beach 5 minutes' walk, water activities on this beach. You will be a 15-minute walk to a few shops and a 5-minute drive to a large street filled with commerce. We really had a very nice stay in this apartment and Sarra has always been remarkable for her responsiveness to her kindness. Thank you very much Sarra. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Great host,responsive. Respond to all requests. Only downside but it is not the host's fault,it was the access to the pool that was closed for 3 days for cleaning because the water was cloudy. In compensation, the host offered us an extra night.

host always available by phone, the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the beach, secure residence with a caretaker in front 24 hours a day. we were 7 including 2 adults and 3 teenagers and there are enough places with several additional mattresses. thank you

My stay went very well in the apartment. It is modern and very well located regarding restaurants, cafes, shops... and beach access a few minutes walk away. The pool is well-maintained. The only negative I found was that the environment is noisy because of the pool where the noise resonates in the residence and the schedules are not respected for the pool. It's not quiet of the day and late at night. And finally Hichem is very responsive to certain requests and very welcoming. I enjoyed my first Airbnb in Tunisia🇹🇳.
