Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mrljane

We had a great time, Nevia was a great host who recommended beaches and towns to visit. The apartment has sea view and a great view of the sunset:) plus it's really close to the beach.

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

The apartment was so beautiful and looked brand new , very clean and free of clutter. Lots of windows with pretty views of old town-we walked everywhere as everything is so close.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

Four of us stayed at the residence in Zadar. It was awesome! We loved our time in Old Town Zadar and at the residence. The accommodations are exactly as pictured but the pictures don't do justice to the views from the terrace. Outstanding! Great location too. Within Old Town Zadar so literally everything is steps away. We parked our rental in the parking lot next to the residence and didn't move it until we sadly had to leave to catch our flight. We visited the art installations of the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun almost every evening (maybe a half block away) and Eve's for ice cream every day (in the same building street level). The owner part in some very nice touches to the unit, including everything you would need in the kitchen and laundry room. Truly checked all the boxes!

Great host! They gave great written, pictures, and video directions to access the apartment and parking garage. The apartment was clean and a very nice place to stay. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The host even left treats and beverages for us to enjoy. Such a nice touch.

I’ve travelled across half of Europe, but I’ve never experienced a stay like this—or a host like Jadran. The accommodation is simply extraordinary. Jadran is not just a host; he makes you feel like family—a true home away from home. The property feels like a beautifully crafted dream home, thoughtfully designed with care and love. If you’re ever visiting Zadar or nearby areas in Croatia, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. You’ll truly feel blessed to have found this place.

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We were 4 adults and 3 children in the beautiful house of Margita in Sukošan. Margita, who had prepared homemade Croatian delicacies for the reception and Zoram, who checked the pool every day and is very nice, are loving and honest people. In the house and on the entire property with pool and many relaxation possibilities, nothing was missing. Margita's excursion tips were very helpful and for all questions, there was immediately a nice answer. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back...

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The house, the garden, the pool, everything is beautiful. There's a lot of effort in this. We arrived and felt right at home. It's all there, great furnishings and we didn't miss anything. Table football, darts, table tennis... here you can relax or be active. Filip always kept in touch and gave us a lot of great tips. Janja welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything. She always asked if everything was okay or if we were missing anything. The house is secluded in a quiet location, exactly to our taste. By car, 2 minutes to get bread and 20 minutes to go shopping. Perfect. Beaches and cities are just a short drive away. We loved it. Thanks

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

We had the most wonderful week at Tina’s house. The house, pool and all outside spaces were well kept and everywhere was very clean. The house had all the facilities you needed for a very relaxing and easy holiday and the air-con was fantastic given the hot weather. We found the location excellent with several restaurants and a yummy ice cream place all within easy walking distance. Tina was very helpful and responsive to any messages and we’d love to be back next year!

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

apartment was ideal for my requirements. Short 5 minute walk to the old city over a pedestrian bridge. Close to supermarket and bakery.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Maja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and furnished to a very high standard. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and short walking distance to a supermarket, a taxi to the old town cost €5 so we didn’t need a car. Maja was always available to answer any questions really quickly. When we arrived there were drinks in the fridge including wine which was lovely. There is also hand soap, shower gel and hair/ body wash in all 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, even for the sun beds and hot tub. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Martina and her husband were very nice and helped us with getting settled since we landed in Zadar very early. The flat was very nice and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Zadar.
