Holiday rentals with a patio in Mtskheta

Great flat, with a perfect location. We stayed in Tbilisi only a few days, but were able to access all the attractions such as botanical garden, national museum, fine arts museum by foot! A restaurant visited by Anthony Bourdain is just across the street. Just an fyi if you plan to work from home, the wifi can be a little bit spotty. Otherwise would highly recommend David’s place for your Tbilisi getaway :)

It was suitable for my needs (I needed an apartment at this area). The flat was really nice. It was warm inside despite the weather.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and a big plus is that it offers some amenities you usually don’t find in regular apartments. Everything is very new, clean, and spacious, making it perfect for both short and long stays. There are two small 24/7 supermarkets (Nikora and Magniti) right in the neighboring building, and the Gotsiridze metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, getting you to the city center in around 10 minutes. Tamuna was always easy to reach. An absolute recommendation in Tbilisi – we’d love to come back!

Замечательная квартира в новом современном комплексе. В комплексе находится большой продуктовый магазин и в 2-х минутах ходьбы еще 2 продуктовых магазина поменьше. Также в копмлексе есть ретсторан и в 5 минутах ходьбы суши ресторан и ресторан грузинской кухни в комплексе Кхеди. В шаговой доступности от метро Авлабари. 10 минут пешком до парка. 10 минут до собора Святой Троицы с замечательными видами и садом. Квартира очень чистая и светлая. Есть все необходимое для короткого и длительного проживания. Замечательные отзывчивые хозяева! Очень рекомендую.

The apartment has a magnificent view from the rooftop, is stylish and cozy and has everything you need (including a working space, with a chair and monitor). We enjoyed our stay and Samuel is a great host, who responded quickly and proactively. Recommend and definitely would come again!

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung war sehr schön, hell und gemütlich. In der Nähe sind einige Cafés und Restaurants und auch die Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

ბინას აქვს საბურთალოზე საუკეთესო მდებარეობა. სიმშვიდე, მოწესრიგებული, დაცული და გამართული ინფრასტრუქტურით ეზო. საცხოვრებელი სახლის ინტერიერი არის გარმოჩეულად კარგი, ნაფიქრი და კომფორტული. სისუფთავე შესანიშნავი. საუკეთესო ლოგინები ძილის მოყვარული ადამიანებისთვის. ბინაში არის ყვეალფერი, რაც თვენს სტუმრობას კიდევ უფრო კომფორტულს გახდის. ცალკე აღსანიშნია დიდი ვერანდა და ეზო (აუზით). მოკლედ, ყველას ვუწევ რეკომენდაციას, რომ დარჩეს არჩილის საცხოვრებელში. დიდი მადლობა მასპინძლობისთვის.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very cute, light and comfortable. It was very convenient to live there as everything is included (a wardrobe and a rail for all of the clothes, all necessary kitchen appliances, extra blankets and pillows, etc.). The apartment is situated in the historical part of the city, and you really get the feel of how people live here. It's near to all main city sights and nicest cafes and restaurants. Ioseb is an absolute best host. He was always willing to help (for example, he checked if the early check in was possible, and as soon as he got the confirmation that it was, he let us know so we could get in), always polite and nice (he speaks Russian fluently) and he is very considerate. Would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends!

Great location, two three-bedroom apartments were great for our group. Very responsive host. Would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Khati’s place in Tbilisi! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated just like in the photos. The kitchen was a real highlight: huge, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of utensils, pots, and everything else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with a lovely yard that’s perfect for pets. Bonnie, the yard dog, was such a sweet companion and made the place feel even more welcoming. The overall vibe of the home was cozy and aesthetic, and we felt comfortable right away. A few small things could be improved — better ventilation, newer AC and TV, and we really missed having a full-length mirror. A bit more lighting and some basic cleaning supplies would’ve been nice too. But these were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again!

I just wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. My host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It really made my trip more enjoyable and stress-free.

We had a great stay at Barbare! The apartment was nice and the location was amazing! We also loved the terrace. Would definitely recommend it! :)

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Дом безупречный. Очень чисто, уютно. В каждой спальне кондиционер и сан.узел. Хорошее приятное белье и очень удобные матрасы. Кухня отлично оборудованна для приготовления любых блюд, много посуды. Мы остались в восторге от пребывания в этом доме. Отдельно, хотелось бы отметить Нелли. Очень приятная, отзывчивая и хорошая хозяйка. Обязательно еще вернемся.

The Heavenly View apartment truly lives up to its name. We were pleasantly surprised to find it in pristine condition upon arrival—clean, organized, and with everything easy to find and use. The kitchen was well-stocked, much more equipped than we expected, which made our stay even better. The extras were a fantastic bonus. We arrived late in the evening but had no trouble locating the place thanks to the super clear instructions. David, the host, was wonderful—always responsive, attentive, and quick to help from day one. His warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautiful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets every day. It is bright, spacious, and allowed us all to feel comfortable. The furniture and bedding exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is truly a gem and an ideal place to stay in Tbilisi.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. There are also grocery stores nearby. Thanks Maria and Rezi!

Very comfortable studio, room is nicely refurbished, bed is comfortable. Nice little balcony overlooking pedestrian street. Good hot shower. Location is absolutely perfect. No cooking facilities which was great for me but bear it in mind. Check in was a dream, very clear and easy and the host accommodated for my less than ideal arrival time. Thank you so much :)

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
