A perfect place to stay in Tbilisi, great location, very comfortable and beautiful apartment. Amazing view that captures the most beautiful parts of the city. The host was always helpful and responsive.

Great stay at Shorena’s place in Tbilisi. She was super helpful and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed. It’s five minutes from the Metro with lots of groceries near by as well. Highly recommend.

Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

Хорошая, красивая, светлая квартира, со свежим ремонтом. Находится в тихом районе, в окрестностях есть все необходимое. Хозяйка отзывчивая, помогала быстро решить все возникшие вопросы. Учтите, что в доме нет лифта, а квартира находится на четвёртом этаже, что может доставить неудобства, если у вас тяжёлый чемодан. В остальном - все просто замечательно, спасибо!

We stayed 3 months in Vladimir's apartment - it is a 2-bedroom modern and well equipped place. The spacious balcony has sun in the morning and it is comfortable to work from there. Kitchen is spacious and great for cooking, and the bathroom has very good water pressure with always enough hot water. In case of any problem, Vladimir was always quickly reachable and very helpful. The only real downside of the apartment is its location by the main road. While it provides a good access to the city centre via a 10-minute ride in bolt or taxi, we found little to do in the neighborhood itself. The road also quickly makes the place dusty so if you are staying longer you may need to clean relatively often. And at night it can get noisy if you are unlucky and there are some fast and furious drivers around. Overall, I give 5 starts because the apartment was pleasant to stay in and the price-quality ratio was very good.

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

Natalia is a great host! Provided all the necessary info to easily find the house, check-in and check-out. Had an excellent experience staying there! Clean, warm house. Three bedrooms with own bathrooms and balconies. Has all the necessary things for a comfy stay. Outside there are a barbecue area and a hammock for chilling out.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

( marjenishvilli) pastaneler ve outlet giyim mağazaları spar gibi yerel marketler ile ihtiyaçlarınızı kolayca giderebilirsiniz. Bir avluya bakan bir kaç küçük ev ile aynı bahçeyi paylaşıyor ev, camlarda sineklik olmasıda büyük rahatlık, her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi, memnun kaldık. Evimizde gibi hissettik, tekrar tiflise geldiğimizde tercih edeceğiz. Sevgiler💕✨

It felt like home, maybe a bit dark in the living room, but all the rest and the garden was lovely. Very local authentic experience.

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. Great bus access. Our hosts were generous and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great wifi. You will enjoy staying here very much :) Everything was wonderful for us

This place is located in the heart of the city, and surprisingly quiet; considering its location. Almost everything you need is at a walkable distance. There’s a shopping mall nearby, as well as smaller shopping centers, and stores. There are so many restaurants, and bars in the area, and it is very safe. It offers amenities required for both long and short stays. The host is very responsive, and helpful. I would definitely love to book a stay in Saba’s property again. Also, I would definitely recommend Saba’s place to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Tbilisi.
