Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

The location is right on the side of the Pillar of Life Cathedral, and the bell of the church can be heard.If driving, you can park up the road on the side of the church. The room is clean and tidy, the host is very friendly, there are two beautiful daughters and a black dog, and there is a small yard, which is very cozy.

Perfect location if you’re travelling with a group in a city centre. Akaki is a perfect host!

We lived in this small but very cozy apartment in the very center for a whole month. Renovated and new furniture, excellent bathroom (a rarity for apartments in the center of Tbilisi). On cool days you can turn on the heating, for hot days there is air conditioning. There is everything you need: a refrigerator, a microwave, good internet (since we both worked from home, it was important for us to have it and be stable), a hairdryer, an iron, dishes, a TV. There is no washing machine, but this was not a problem, we were helped by the grandmother of the hostess, who lives upstairs. You can contact her for help with any issue. Separately, I want to note the terrace, which we often had breakfast with a beautiful view of the city! Thank you for your hospitality! :)

The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable for staying. There are also many additional supplies like a hair dryer, Netflix on TV and towels, so it was really comfortable and pleasant to spend time here The apartment is located in the central district of the city (about 10-15 minutes by foot to most popular tourist destinations), but it is really quiet and safe here. Also there are many 24/7 shops nearby, so it was convenient Alex is a great host — helped us with everything and responded really quickly, even when we arrived late at evening. Thanks a lot!! It was a pleasure to stay here, definitely highly recommended!

the apartment is located in the very center, all attractions are within walking distance. The apartment itself is small, the toilet with a bathtub is very small. 2.3 days is very suitable. Nice apartment, but a little tired. Panoramic windows, beautiful view from the balcony, table on the balcony) enjoyed breakfast and dinner there) quite quiet neighborhood. Neighbors did not bother. You can safely walk to the center or take a bus. All the necessary things for living are there. The only thing I asked for was laundry detergent, the host provided no problem. Recommended.

Location is good. Red garden is a beautiful place for a walk. Lots of restaurants nearby (Bernard and Chashnagiri are recommended). Supermarkets, currency exchanges everywhere. Could easily take a bus or metro to go to the city center. Recommend a bus to also discover Vake and Rustaveli av. Apart is a bit old school but fully functional, clean and has a nice window view. Air conditioner, washer, fridge and boiler work well. Towels, linen and dishes are many and all clean. Ekaterine is a responsive and friendly host. The problem with low water pressure was fixed in less than 2 hours and never happened again during a 3 week stay. Could recommend staying at the apart.

I booked Mariam’s apartment for my friend, who was visiting me in Tbilisi. I live here and know that it’s not always easy to find a decent accommodation in terms of value and price. But Mariam’s place exceeded my expectations! My friend absolutely enjoyed the stay and I will book this place again for any of my visiting friends! Highly recommend!

Great stay in Vake area of Tbilisi. Bekas place was an excellent choice. We have been to Tbilisi several times now. We love the city and this area in particular. Bekas was perhaps the best Air bnb host we have encountered. We learned a lot about the city and surrounding areas from him. When we were leaving he assisted us in getting to the airport on time as well. He communicated with us throughout the stay providing restaurant recommendations as well as activities. Upon leaving we definitely would stay with Beka again. I would say that we were lucky to have met and now have a friend as well as an excellent air bnb option in Tbilisi any time we visit. Definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Beautiful art house - ethnographic museum in a pretty valley. Marine and her family are amazing hosts. The food is excellent. Possible to put your bags down and go on a day trip with the son, to Roshka and Shatili - Mutso. We loved our stay here ♥️

Roy is a cool host who can give some really great life advices to lead a life as a great guy!!! has a cozy place with a cute hamster.... makes great coffee and i would recommend you as he was present there to help with anything you need during your stay at Roy's place. Well he is a great man!!

Breathtaking view of the nature from the comfort of bedroom. Amazing host Manana. Her house is almost new & very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very near to the center of Kazbegi. We loved that house & surroundings. Host Manana tried her best to make us comfortable on every aspects.

Marine and her family are absolutely lovely, i stayed 3 nights and i felt right at home. Korsha is a beautiful place, you are right in the middle of the mountains. Marine helped me with transport to Roshka so i could hike and see the lakes. She is very communicative(she doesn't really speak english but she tries her best and with hands and feet you can get very far!) she cooks great food and helps out when needed! Also her food is amazing, the portions are huge and she makes everything at home. Honey, wine and yoghurt, from the milk of her cows!!! Also their dog Hachi is super sweet. I will be back next year ♥️

We had a great time in Stepantsminda, the room was great and the host was kind and helpful. We also got to try some homemade wine and chacha. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Stepantsminda!

The room was very clean. The communication was great. The check in was really good because Khatuna was waiting for us with the key even though it was 9pm so after a long travel it was nice not to look for an address or doors. We had a change of towels after 2 nights which is very good as it feels fresh. There was a hair dryer in the building but at the moment i wanted to use it - it was occupied so Khatuna provided me another one. There was a shared table with cutlery, kettles and plates which is very good as we didnt have them with us so there was no problem with making something to drink or eat. We had a really nice stay, especially that the guesthouse is almost in the centre of Stepancminda.
