Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

We are so grateful to the wonderful hosts for making us feel at home in their beautiful house! The house itself is great—spacious, many comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and everything one needs to have an amazing holiday. The hosts have thought of everything, including warm touches such as Christmas decorations as we were there over the holidays. They even provide ski gear for the use of their guests—we were able to find two sets of skis to use from their selection! The clothes washer with separate drier (not always the case in Europe) is incredibly useful for a large family on a busy ski holiday :) The location is ideal—literally 5 minutes away from the ski resort at Gudauri (just up the hill), and with a wonderful restaurant less than 100 meters away. There is ample parking as well. We couldn’t have been happier and unreservedly recommend the house to all guests to the area! We very much look forward to coming back . . .

We really liked the house. It doesn't have much space, but it was just the two of us, so it was quite comfortable. There was everything you need (the only thing was that there was no microwave, but we didn't need it), very beautiful views and a secluded place. The host replied quickly to the messages. Would love to come back to this place again

One of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He had no problem with late check out, he explained us everything, he was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. View is amazing. We will definitely come back

Overall we were very satisfied with the house, 9 people were very comfortable and stayed for 4 nights. Although our flight hours were bad, we had no problems with check-in and checkout. It is only necessary to walk a little or use a taxi as most of the places to visit are on the opposite side of the river, it is very close to the factory, there are 24-hour markets right nearby. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and it was spotless.

We were 3 families, and we loved the place. The kids enjoyed the entire stay and felt like right at our own home... Excellent support from the host during the stay and they waited until late evening to receive us so that our checkin would be smooth. Snow was at the doorstep during 3rd week of December which kids loved, restaurants and other necessary amenities are so near to the place.

This was a great place to stay — just like in the pictures. It’s located close to the ski area and a convenience store. The view is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The bedroom had plenty of pillows and blankets. Towels were also provided. However, the bathroom did not have toilet paper or shampoo. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. We were able to contact the host easily at any time.

All was great! In apts full kitchen and kitchenware for cooking. There are 50 meters to bench, where you can put on snowboard or ski. 150 meters to Pirveli chair lift. Spar in 5 minutes by upstairs across road. Vakhtang always was in touch.

We had a great time in Gudauri with a great apartment. Only one minor issue was the WiFi...it’s was little weak, otherwise the apartment is amazing. We have everything we needed. Location is awesome If We ever visit Gudauri again we will definitely choose the same apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

We spent two months in this apartment and everything was perfect. The location is ideal—just steps away from the slopes, which made a big difference day to day. The apartment is beautifully decorated, functional, and fully equipped for a long stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so I was able to work without any issues. Most importantly, Tarama was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A big thank you!

The apartment is located very close to the Gudaura Lower Station and a grocery store. Also there is a spa center in the same building. The apartment is not very big but equipped with all necessary stuff, good for the small company of friends as it has 3 separated beds upstairs. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Olga & Dina were great hosts and the unit was clean and great for a ski trip! Our experience was incredible and use of the downstairs ski depot made a true ski in, ski out experience. Thank you again for hosting. Great time!!

It is a very homey place. Tata is very responsive, and Eka is also very kind. It is very close to the ski area and the supermarket. We will definitely come back to your place when we visit Gudauri again

Nice and cosy apartment, located near the first lift in Gudauri. Great ski in and out location. The apartment had everything required to self cater; bathroom is a great size; comfy couches and bed. Khatuna was super helpful and answered any questions we had really quickly. We had a great stay. Thanks!

Tazo and his family were amazing hosts! He was very helpful and the cabins are in a picturesque setting that will set your mind free of the outer world! If you’re looking for a place to relax in a very warm and relaxing environment, this is the place for you! I will be back to see them soon! 😊❤️

We loved everything about this cabin! It’s super close to shops, restaurants and the ski lifts — but still feels peaceful and private. The cabin was cozy, clean and had gorgeous mountain views. It had all the comforts we needed and Tornike was really friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

It's a brand new nice cozy cabin surrounded by magestic peaceful mountains with very friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything is new and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower is roomy, the beds are comfortable and there are powerful heaters in each room. The village is very authentic, there's a small old church next door and a mountain stream in 2 minutes by walk. Many thanks, all the best!

Everything about this place is great. Location: beautiful, quiet, private and some good restaurants nearby Amenities: everything you usually need at an airbnb is covered Decor and Maintenance: it's a beautiful cabin and everything was squeaky clean. Size: Spacious for 2 persons. A 3rd person could also sleep on the sofa-cum bed.

It was a great stay and experience, would visit again.
