It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. The Mango House - 7mins The Chocolate Factory - 16mins Midwinter Restaurant- 8min Banmai Chaynam - 25mins Pak Chong Night Market - 20mins Big C - 15mins Thames - 15mins Hokkaido Flower - 13mins Sunflower Fields - Manee Sorn 20mins Overall Superb Location!! My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff were so attentive and always available whenever I needed anything, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and easy. The rooms were great clean and cozy What I enjoyed the most was being able to have a barbecue (mookata) right there at the accommodation. It was such a fun and chill way to spend the evening. Honestly, this place has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I love the place so much. The host was super supportive, down-to-earth person, he help me with everything even not relevant to the place. 100% Service, 100% responsive. Definitely recommend for my friends and family

Our stay at Apple’s place in Khao Yai was nothing short of incredible! As a fellow Star Wars fan, I was absolutely thrilled by the home’s architecture—a subtle yet brilliant nod to the AT-AT. It added such a unique and personal touch to the experience, and I truly appreciated the creativity and passion behind it. The house itself was immaculate, with thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Apple was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations for exploring the area. For any Star Wars fans or anyone who appreciates unique architecture and great hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. May the Force be with you, Apple—thanks for an unforgettable experience!

amazing place to stay! really enjoyed our stay! Tony was very responsive to our calls and messages. Needed help with the stove and it was taken care of within 15 mins, very impressive. Location is in the mountains, do expect some insects and beetles, ants, its all due to the house being smack in the nature which was amazing!

It's a lovely house with a well-equipped kitchen. Air-con, heater, etc, are working well. But location is not great. At least 30min drive to attractions. Also had an issue with communication at the start because host was not responsive. Host said they do not have a full-time admin and that there will be a stay-in housekeeper. In reality, there was no housekeeping done. Which was ok just that we felt misled into the idea that there will be housekeeping. Note that we were told there are floor mattresses in each bedroom but we only managed to find 1 mattress. Ants is an issue. Toilet drain choked. Washing machine initially down but the housekeeper managed to fix. Not a bad place. Just need to manage expectations.

Cozy accommodation and friendly host.

Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

Very nice place, privacy, easy check in, quick response to chat, clean room, weak in the place, but not a problem. Very good overall if you have the chance to stay here again.

Quiet and peaceful place! The host was very responsive and friendly.

This accommodation has never disappointed us. Everything is as complete as you can find for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is close to many tourist attractions and many famous restaurants. Traveling is convenient and close to nature. You can feed the elephants just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The owner of the accommodation is friendly and gives advice on various matters that are necessary correctly and quickly. Highly recommended.

This is a great little apartment near Khao Yai National Park. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was even provided which we weren't expecting! It appears by the door each morning, so if you have any dietary requirements make sure you tell the host in advance. Unfortunately we didn't so couldn't eat the breakfast on the first morning, but we messaged the host that day and then the next day we had a veggie breakfast delivered! The wifi was temperamental and didn't always work. We also found the mattress far too firm for our likely, but still managed to have a good night sleep. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Khao Yai National Park. It is in quite a remote area, so you do need to either have a car or make sure you have pre-booked taxis. There aren't any grab drivers around here. Although Roma restaurant is only a few minutes walk away, and the village is about 25 mins on foot. Overall, a great stay!

Highly recommended 10/10, great place to wind down. Our stay was near Christmas, and whether or not it was intended. The room furnitures were well decorated with the Christmas Spirit. Every staff member was helpful and polite. About 15 minutes to get to the main road where great restaurants are; not bad at all. Room was very clean with a well equipped kitchen that allows for a full meal that feeds 4 peoples easily. Only issue was the wifi was not working and we couldn’t really contact the host throughout the entire stay. However aside from that, everything was perfect and we had a very great time.

Troy was a helpful and kind host. The apartment is very nice, quiet and with a nice view!

The place was fantastic. Quietly located but quickly in the action by car. The pool was great and the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. SansaNeeya was also very friendly and responsive. The description for check-in was accurate. The place was clean, as everyone should take off their shoes. I especially liked that :-)

This is a lovely apartment, four of us stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. It is well situated but you do need a car to explore the area, which is quite large so this really goes for wherever you stay. There's some beautiful places to visit, I'd recommend the national park for great views.

The room is clean and safe. Very convenient. The host is easy to contact and friendly.
