Next door to the Shetland Pony Experience and Marinas' Cake Fridge. Within walking distance to East House, one of the last thatched cottages in Shetland and Min and Bannamin Beaches. Located only 4 miles from the local shop in Hamnavoe and 13 miles to Lerwick, there are regular buses between Burra, Scalloway and Lerwick.

Relax and recharge with the family in the peaceful and picturesque village of Aith. This is our family holiday home, close to our family in the quiet and friendly village of Aith, Shetland. It is a great location as the village has a shop, Leisure Centre, Harbour and Marina, play park and is a 5 minute walk to the fantastic ‘Michael’s Wood’. This award winning woodland and trail was planted by family in memory of our cousin and so is a really special place for us which we hope you will enjoy.

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

It’s in a perfect location for exploring Unst, with its many beaches, walks and interesting places to visit, as well as the neighbouring islands of Yell and Fetlar. A traditional Shetland Crofter's cottage in Baliasta, Unst, Shetland. Close by to the Loch of Cliff, near to the local shops and leisure centre. We absolutely love our little spot and enjoy opening it up to our many well-travelled guests. The cottage is very cosy, has a wood burning stove, and a good-sized garden. Please be aware though, that it is a very old house and as such has some rustic quirks. While we are happy to accommodate children please be aware all beds are doubles.

Our outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset after an exhilarating day hiking and sightseeing.
