Hi , we offer an independent furnished F2, with terrace and parking, within our house with pool. Private entrance, individual kitchen and shower room, complete equipment and quality bedding. Tram 3 min walk, 15 min from St Roch train station and Place de la Comédie, its strong point is its very privileged location, with direct access to shops, market, and city center, while enjoying century-old trees, preserved wildlife, and the soothing 3300 m2 park.

A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

The apartment is air-conditioned we only speak French.
