Beautiful grounds, very special traditional Thai house and lovely, friendly hospitality. About 25 min to get to Chiang Mai city by Grab; car or motorbike if you’re an experienced driver/rider. The area has plenty of shops, markets and sights - everything you need within motorbike distance. Truly a lovely, peaceful and relaxing stay!

Quiet in the city center, convenient

And accommodation is the first priority to be arranged. I searched Airbnb, The key to choosing a B&B is to look at the ratings and reviews, Also, my family needs two rooms. David is a light sleeper. A separate room should be arranged for him. When I came down, I immediately chose Brother Fei's house. meet our needs, The most important thing is to look at everyone's reviews of their home, They all praised him. After paying on Airbnb. I added Brother Fei on WeChat, Start consulting the details of Feige's trip, From buying a phone card to whether you need to rent a car, Feige's advice will also let me decide for myself. We wanted to come to Chiang Mai earlier because of the pandemic restrictions. Because my mom's not in good health, We are delayed in coming to Chiang Mai, It will affect Feige. But Feige was very understanding and gave me understanding, I am truly grateful to him [heart] [heart] [heart] When we arrive at the airport on 1.10, Feige drove his nice pickup "Xiao Cheng" to pick us up. There was no sense of unfamiliarity. I'll be home in less than 20 minutes. When I'm not out, David and I mostly stay on the second floor, As long as David likes quiet, I can stay at home and record my travel experiences, But Shunbao is different. She likes to go out and play, I also like to stay at home, When she's at home, she mostly stays on the first floor. Uncle Fei, Aunt Juanzi, Brother Yanxi and Grandma both spoiled her, She didn't treat herself as an outsider at all, In her own words: I instantly integrated into the family as soon as I arrived at Uncle Fei's house [smiling]. I get along very well with Juanzi. Juanzi is younger than me, She is the kind of person with a sparkle in her eyes, People who love in action, She was unable to return to Beijing during the pandemic. She spent two years She takes care of her 81-year-old father; Her respect and love for her mother-in-law She is also one of the few good daughters-in-law I have seen [heart] [heart] [strong] [strong] And she's particularly capable, Clean the house every day, The food is also very delicious, Grandma is Juanzi's mother-in-law. The house is tidy and quiet, and the mind is calm; Family members will only get along better if they get along well. I learned a lot from Juanzi. Feige is very smart and humorous! Juanzi is very filial and capable! Yanxi is very sensible and considerate! Grandma knows a lot about health care and makes first-class ribs! And the stinky one, who is in a love-hate relationship with Shun Bao [smiley face] What kind of fairy family have we stumbled upon! Had a great month long stay here. Very peaceful, and ideal for getting away from the city. Host was very responsive and helpful in dealing with any issues. Would highly recommend.

Pimrat was an incredibly gracious host and very kind. They made us feel at home during our stay. We had trouble using Grab from CNX, but were able to show one of the cab drivers the directions Pimrat provided and were able to get there without issue!

Stayed at Fy's place for 7 weeks while studying Thai at a nearby language school at Pantip Plazza. I've stayed at "The Astra" many times over the years and love the location, the always friendly and helpful security staff and the abundance of restaurants just a short walk away. If you rent a motorbike as I do when in Chiang Mai, there's plenty of parking in the building. Fy's apartment stood out for the cleanliness, the very comfortable bed and pillows and the thoughtful decor. The view from the 9th story balcony overlooking the grounds of the "Shangri-La Hotel" is lovely and especially relaxing in the evenings. A nice place to come "home" to at the end of a long day. Definitely recommend, and would book here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Cheers. 🙏

I stayed at Day Off House for three months, and it was one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had. From the start, I felt like part of a family. The hosts, a kind mother and daughter, went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. When a flood hit Chiang Mai the day after I arrived, the host arranged a boat to get us out safely and organized an alternative hotel. Her care and quick thinking were incredible. The guesthouse is cozy, clean, and perfect for those seeking a sense of community. It’s more than just a place to stay. It’s a home where you feel connected to the hosts and other guests. Future guests, please treat the hosts with kindness. This is their home, not a hotel, and they do so much to make your stay special. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai, I can’t recommend Day Off House enough. It’s a place filled with warmth, care, and unforgettable memories.

Lovely place in a great location. Couldn't have been happier. The flat was as seen in the pictures. Pool amd gym were small but enough - hardly any other people were using them. The host also allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight - thats was so isedul as we were with a young child. Thank you for your hospitality, Fy.

This was a great place to stay, close to the night market and in the middle of many things. For a little peace and a great view, just go up to the top floor where there's a garden and a pool. The view is beautiful.

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

We booked this Airbnb for 3 days and had a smooth and pleasant experience. The place was clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and perfectly located. There’s a small convenience store right below the condo and a Big C Mini just a 2-minute walk away, which was super handy. Communication with the host was clear and timely. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Chiang Mai.

Such a wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and responsive. I had a bit of trouble with the wifi in the first few days. She got everything back up and working right away. She was very accommodating and the place was very comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved staying here, everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was a little worried about the review, but it was a very, very satisfying room, not as expected. Maya Mall and Old Quarter are also walking distance. The room was tidy, and it was best to have a private washing machine! You must bring detergent. I strongly recommend it.
