The house is in a mixed agricultural farm that feeds cows, fish, chicken, vegetable, salad, vegetable, garden and fruit. Ja & Paul are super hospitable, also their saff, like On, very professional. The place is 30mins drive from town, good choice to have a nice getaway from the crowd. As a boutique hotel, this is really a well oiled machine.Since Ja like to collect vintage articles, it's amazing to live in an antique store and a beautiful orchard. Also there are so many well designed details I like here.

This guest house is excellent. The reception and staff are there all the time and are very, very friendly and helpful. The street is quiet, but walkable to the east gate. Our room, #2, had a private patio and a sitting shower, which was quiet relaxing. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful environment, love it💕, can play pool, and there is a pony!The waiters are very friendly, suitable for leisure and vacation, perfect stay experience.The location is a suburban area in Chiang Mai, but it is not at all far for us to get around, Grab is about more than 20 to 30 RMB.You can also ride a bicycle around, or go keep in touch for a meal and a cup of coffee.But when it comes to coffee, the coffee at your small restaurant is too hard to drink (¬_¬), and the Thai noodles are fine.(Lastly, it is suggested that the boss: the electric water heater is replaced with inline water storage, or install a small shower nozzle) Otherwise it is not very friendly for the girls who want to wash their heads together, the hot water is not enough, it hassle for 3/40 minutes apart.

We were unable to stay in the campervan as we wanted to explore the North of Thailand and the van cannot handle the steep mountain roads. However the owner was very helpful and offered to give us the family’s pick up truck and some camping gear. She was always very responsive and helpful. She gave recommended routes and even dropped the vehicle to our location for a reasonable additional fee. She also agreed for us to return it to a more convenient location. Very flexible and kind. We had the best adventures exploring the gorgeous mountain regions.

If you’re wondering or contemplating whether to book this place. Stop what you’re doing and book it. The place is nestled in the mountains about 45 mins outside of Chiang Mai and the views are spectacular. Drinks and fresh mango upon arrival. Made good use of the bath for the sunset. We asked for some food and within the hour we were brought a Thai bbq which we cooked ourselves on the balcony…with a couple of beers. We even managed to get the host out of bed at 3:30am for a lift to the airport for an early flight. It really is beautiful and well worth the price.

Very nicely secluded with fantastic views! Beautiful, small cottages. The hosts are great and support where possible. Unfortunately not so easy to get to, taxi for return to the city must book through the accommodation the day before
