The location is good, the apartment is after renovation, the condo is ordinary, but the pool is long, you can swim, 52 m. In this one, there are restaurants and shops nearby, the beach is the best with pine trees. The host Mr.Gregory is good kind and quick responsible person.

I suspect the “fit” couple complaining about the isnt that fit. Most taxis and grab bikes will go up the hill no problem. It is a bit of a hike but the place more than makes up for it. Really beautiful views and great pools. This place felt like home after a few days. I really enjoyed the pool bar setup next to the gym. Shoutout to Chop! She is great and very sweet. You can eat all your meals here and have a beer to watch the sunset. They do laundry and also service the rooms quickly and efficiently. The resort itself could use a little paintjob but other than that its a great stay. They are not strict about pool times or gym use as they seemed to be available 24/7. Great place to relax even when its raining. Would book again.

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Wonderful apartment near the picturesque Nai Harn beach. free transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.30. On the guarded territory of the condominium there are 2 swimming pools, gym, parking, cafe. Lots of cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: new comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, etc. Alena is a great and hospitable hostess, instantly answered all questions, helped with renting a car. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Stay was excellent. Use of hotel bus to get to and from beach. They did a floating breakfast for us after we messaged to ask. All staff were very lovely. Would recommend packing your own beach/pool towels. Day to day provisions are light on. Basic items I.e kettle a few pans and a mixing spoon provided and one bottle of water. 7/11 not far down the road but finding it in the night with a late flight be prepared for. Would need to buy staples such as salt, glad wrap, oil. Milk. Coffee. Anything we needed was tended to within 24 hours . Overall a great stay and kamala is a great area for kids friendly beach with stinger net and shallow water. Hotel pool has lots of different depths which was great for toddlers. If staying with toddler/baby- would recommend you bring your own cribb.

Had a great stay at this location. The host was very nice and helpful. The unit is large and very comfortable with an oversized bedroom and bathroom and a great outside deck. We stay at this condo building frequently when visiting the Karon area of Phuket.

Everything was beautiful , the apartments are spacious and beautiful and the view lived on the third floor The view of the mountain and the view was beautiful , the host is very cooperative, very responsive and very flexible, it will be the first choice for accommodation in Phuket

The place was clean, with wifi and air conditioning. Front reception was really friendly and helpful and location was really lovely and quiet.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a mixed experience. The apartment was nice, cozy, and very clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made for a comfortable stay. However, I encountered significant issues with communication. The host was very delayed in their responses, which became a major inconvenience. After traveling for eight hours, I had to wait on the road for three hours before checking in. This was extremely frustrating. The location listed on the platform was incorrect, adding to the confusion. The host mentioned they had complained to Airbnb about this issue but claimed no action had been taken. I’m unsure if this was an oversight by Airbnb or the host, but it certainly affected my experience. Fortunately, Airbnb support eventually stepped in to resolve the situation, but the delays and confusion were quite irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

We spent 19 days here in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 terraces and 2 bathrooms. You can watch the sunset from the beds. Lower level: spacious living room (TV), terrace, small kitchen, refrigerator. We don’t understand the negative reviews. The photos reflect reality, the apartment actually offers more than shown. Spacious and clean. Cleaning and linen changes were carried out every 4 days as described. The 2 receptionists were always kind and helpful, greeted us warmly and genuinely smiled. They even assisted with medical and hospital arrangements. It is true that the air conditioning wasn’t on when we arrived, but the temperature was still tolerable, and we were able to cool it down quickly. There are no shutters on the windows, but there are curtains.The electricity usage and costs are clearly outlined, so everyone is aware of this when booking the apartment. Overall, we had a great time, liked the apartment, and everything was fine.

This is a fantastic option for anyone who is looking to stay in Phuket and needs access to all the major beaches across the island. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic and there is also Phuket's best craft beer bar about a 2 minute walk away. To top it off, Sam is a one-of-a-kind hotel manager who maintains a very comfortable and wholesome atmosphere in and around the hotel.

Second time staying here for obvious reasons, great stay, clean, nice kitchen and good location. Only downside are the ongoing construction on the backside of the building (not too bad), and the shower temperature that fluctuates a lot. Would still recommend this place to anyone who wants a hotel-like experience with their own kitchen.

Clean room and good location would recommend.

Just be sure they are going to charge you 50 Bhat per day for electric. At first, I was a little caught off guard by this, but then I realized this is quite normal in Phuket and something that you will experience at most places you rent. They also were able to set me up with a motorbike and when my flight got canceled, I was able to continue staying by paying in Bhat. There are 4 to 5 very nice cats on the property although they do not enter your room so you don't have to worry about that. The pool seemed clean although I did not go in it. The one problem is there were quite a few mosquitoes in the bathroom constantly at least six at a time although they did not bite me in the room because I had the AC on. When I asked the manager to put in a screen for the window in the bathroom, he said they did not have one if there was one I would say that would make this location perfect. Having this many mosquitoes in the bathroom is something they need to fix.

Nice apartment located in a quiet area behind a village. The photos and description give a good idea. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning, fridge and water heater. Nice little pool, big enough to do a little exercise and cool off. The apartment was cleaned every day, the linen and bedding every two or three days. Tom communicates very well, is discreet and available.

Som place was very spacious. The shower was big and the view was amazing. I appreciate her for our stay and the communication was A1. Thank you and will book with you when back in the area ❤️.
