Villa holiday rentals in Mueang Phuket District

We had a great stay. House is huge and had more than enough space for our whole group of 9. Host was really responsive and accommodating and fixed an aircon issue without delay. Location is fantastic with restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house. The Kata Noi beach is a 5 minute drive away and has less tourists than Kata beach. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Henri's place. Everything was exactly as described. We were positively surprised by the sound system by the pool - it was easy to play music from a smartphone once connected to the wifi network.

Amazing Villa, Very clean, spacious for all type of groups to go on vacation to Phuket. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Host & check in was perfect. Instantly responded & very attentive of all our needs. I would recommend 100% your stay here. Only thing is traveling from the villa to Patong beach area where everything is at and night life is 24/7 & shopping , is aprox 35 mins driving, tiring but doable.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa in Phuket. The villa was beautiful—spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the stay special was the host, Pawan. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was comfortable. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well, and Pawan personally went out of his way to get me medicine. That kind of kindness and genuine care is something you don’t come across often. I felt truly looked after throughout my stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Phuket, staying here with Pawan as your host will make your trip even more memorable.

I came here over two weeks ago and this was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I have stayed at many high end Airbnbs all over the world and this place blew it out of the water when it came to the house and service. I just want you to know that. Great location, 10 minutes drive from Nai Harn Beach, and there are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Great vila, modern amenities. Great management team and very responsive, special shout out to Eve who we engaged with throughout the stay.

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

Best villa in Phuket. Good view

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

We were a group of 12 people who spent Songkran in Phuket, and we fell in love with this villa! Was hard to leave to go and explore, as the villa had everything we needed. The speakers were great, and the games room and theater were better than what was in the photos. Kept our whole group super busy. Jariya and her staff were extremely hospitable, from cleaning the house daily, to cooking us breakfast. Highly recommend this villa for a large group. However, please note there are lots of stairs in this property since there are 4 floors. Additionally, there are only 5 rooms for 12 people, so some people might have to get an extra bed or crash on the couch. We will definitely be coming back here, as we had an amazing time.

Absolutely recommended to everyone. Who ever is checking this place stop thinking. Just book it, you won’t regret. Villa looks better the the photos. We spent 8 nights there with mom dad, sister, her friend and my self. We absolutely felt like home. Piruwat is an amazing host. He is very kind and respectful person. He was on call anytime we needed him. Which we never had any problem just to ask his knowledge about the area. Villa is well and newly furnished, perfectly clean and located right on the hills where u can watch the sunrise or the sunset with a perfect spot. Very quiet area. Just the birds. 5 min drive to the best beach Harn Nai and so many others. Have lots to tell but I think it’s already enough. Once again thank you for an amazing stay Piruwat. We are all happy that we stayed at Azur Villa Rawai and met your hospitality.

We had a lovely stay in Chantal’s villa. It is very quiet and peaceful and conveniently located within 10 minutes of Karon Beach. The villa is very spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Chantal was incredibly helpful, providing loads of useful information about the local area. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Karon.

We had a fantastic week here. Villa was even better than pictures. Modern, clean with a great pool. John always responded promptly. Totally recommend this villa. While there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, you could rent car or bike to visit beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Would not hesitate to return. Until the next time.

The property is as per described as well as in the phots. Peaceful neighbourhood with enough amenities within walking distance. 7-11 is just about 400m away. Had a very pool which is very inviting in hot Phuket. Highly recommended!!
