Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mueang Rayong District

Me and my partner just stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks. The house is lovely , new and modern and very large with a large garden and private skate park. With a gate entrance . The house is equipped with everything and more you would need to live there. It honestly felt like being at home we didn’t want to leave . The location is very secluded there is not a lot around in the area so if you are looking for seclusion this would be perfect although Lae ma phim is only a 11 minute drive where there is a lovely beach and restaurants. Right opposite the house is a local shop 2 minute walk is a Muay Thai gym 5 minute drive is a gym , 7/11 and local Thai market . I would advise you to arrange rental of transport before arriving at the house as there is no bolt or grab and it is extremely hard to find a taxi anywhere The closes bike& car rental place was in lae mae phim Destada was wonderful , they were very responsive and extremely helpful . Amazing stay!!

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

Had a great stay at Tony's place. Location is great. It's near the beach and restaurants but it's also quiet and peaceful. Tony was really helpful too. I would book again

I really loved it here. This listing is exactly as described. The room is big and spacious with a very comfy bed. The house is extremely peaceful. And you are a small walk from the beach with a good selection of resteraunts. Vara is a extreme kind and friendly host, she gave me many good tips and advice about the area. And i enjoyed many coconuts and fresh fruits. Thank you so much. 😊🙌🌅

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

It’s a very nice place right by the sea, with a 2-minutes walk to the beach and swimming pool. The area is clean and beautiful, you’ll get the freshest air even during the heavy pollution period. There is everything you need for a good stay with a family or friends, like kitchenware or a rooftop with table and chairs. We had some problems with a check in, but Alisa helped us to solve it really fast, and the overall experience is great!

It is very close to the sea, the location needs to ask the host, the location is not the same as the one marked.It is also easy to find and very good environment.Yes, great value.

As always it was a wonderful experience staying with Mr Andy. I and my wife are always impressed and enjoy the natural environment and pollution free atmosphere here. In 22 days of stay we didn’t use the living room A/C because of the cool and refreshing breeze whole day along. It was really amazing. We never get tired or bored coming here again and again.

This is a really nice place in a good apartment building. Its first floor (but basically on the second) There are actually two balconies one of them is big like a terrace and you can see some sea from it and it has table and chairs. The apartment had everything you might need and it is obvious that it is not something people give for rent but also use themselves. It has this “home” feeling to it! We liked it a lot. Balconies on two sides make it breezy inside so we never really used air conditioning only fans. The app needs some minor repairs and the cleaning lady is maybe not top notch, but look at the price it is a great deal and all small things are included in that price I think. Grab it if you can! Annemarie is really nice and always ready to help if needed. Thank you again we had a great time!

Only positive impressions! Excellent apartment, good repair and good furniture. This is rare for Thailand, but the apartment really has a lot of space! Quiet area, the sea is across the road, 7-11 is 50 meters away. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, there are 3 balconies with a beautiful view, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. The owners are very friendly and helpful people.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Mobile truss,such as motorbike or car is urgently needed,as 7eleven and Markets 1 to 3 km away. Beach starts from 1 km. Beautiful pool with loungers and toppings. Dishes for breakfast are available. No cooking point. A fish restaurant on the long beach is numerous. A visit to the Rayong Aquarium is recommended

I stayed in the accommodation for 7 days it is quite large with a spacious and very clean terrace

Pakkhawan is just a wonderful host and person first of all, just really kind and cares about people. Her place is absolutely new and so nice. I wish every place was this nice. Pool, gym, sauna awesome, location terrific. I haven't stayed at such a nice place like this in a long time. And the bed is the best bed I've layed on in all of Thailand so far. If you have been roughing it and need a break, this is the place.

I spent 22 days in this apartment it was perfect. You have the shopping center 2 min away the rooftop pool a gym. Perfect for one person I didn't try as a couple but I think it's fine too! Small important point I advise you to have a scooter or a car because otherwise you have to walk 30 minutes to go to the beach! Thanks to the host who answered my questions! I would recommend this place and this city.

Great apartment. Comfortable kitchen,separate bedroom, large balcony. There is a washing machine. You can easily have breakfast and lunch without a scorching sun. It has a pleasant breeze. The kitchen is of medium size, a refrigerator, a stove,dishes, a sink, a bar counter. There is a washing machine. Everything is for life. The area is calm , 70 meters to the sea. The condo has a beautiful pizzeria, a Thai dining room. Few people live,swimming pool ,sauna are free. With a taxi, it's a bad problem and a rake and a bolt,so we took a motorbike for moving around. We constantly used it. The area is for those who are tired of Pattaya and crowds. The beach is good , the sea depends on time but definitely better than on Jomtien.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. We had a great time there. Specially we really like spending time on beautiful rooftop. Also we enjoyed pool in the afternoon. ※In the afternoon, the pool is in the shade so you can enjoy it without worrying about getting sunburned. We didn't have any problems during our stay. They cleaned the AC filter before our stay. AC is really working well. They installed new washing machine. ※No need to go to the laundromat, you can wash your clothes at home. Also there is a vacuum cleaner, bloom and mop. You can keep the room clean on your own. Internet speed is high. You can work from home without any Internet problems.

Great location and big apartment which was perfect for a family of four

Everything was very nice and comfy! Birdy and Paul are really hospitable and kind owners :) One little thing: shower drain was a little clogged, so the water didn't drain well. Despite this trifle I highly recommend this apartment!
