Köpenick-Müggelspree vacation home

Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Our bungalow (27 square meters) with private garden for exclusive use in Berlin-Müggelheim OT Spreewiesen, between forest, water and the European cycle path. You will be staying in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's only rowing ferry that takes you (on weekends & holidays) to the old fishing village of Rahnsdorf. Within walking distance is the beach on the small Müggelsee and the restaurants on the water Neu Helgoland with ferry connection and Trattoria Di Mare with adjacent boat rental Waterlounge Pets are not allowed.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Gerne heißen wir Sie in unserer Ferienwohnung SEEBLICK, in 15569 Woltersdorf, willkommen. Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

House on the water for 4 people

The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
