In Mr. Sefa's house, It was my first time staying. He is very caring. The houses are clean. Whatever you need, he catches up like Hızır. Both in nature, bohemian architecture and pool enjoyment are combined. Many thanks to Mr. Sefa

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

They were incredibly supportive of everything before and during our stay. It was a very friendly and friendly family place. We felt at home and they had already thought of everything we might need. However, the terrace of the house was perfect, there was a really nice view, I recommend watching the sunset from the terrace. The fruits and vegetables they grew in their gardens were exquisite, and we really didn't need anything else.

It was a very nice trip. We thank Mr. Orçun and his precious wife. They helped us to visit Selimiye and see new places, and they showed us the help they could. They made us feel like we were in our own home. I highly recommend Ms. İnci's jam, she served it, we loved it. Those who want to visit Selimiye can stay in this place with their eyes closed. Price is number 10 in terms of performance. Thanks again for everything.

The house was very peaceful. Everything you need is available inside the house. Very convenient and aesthetically decorated. Cleanliness was nice, just because it's in the forest, leaves and dust can get in due to the wind, but this is very normal due to the location of the house. Mr. Ali was kind and caring. The location of the house was calm away from the chaos, but the center could be reached in 5-6 minutes by car. We came with our furry friend. They were the same welcoming to him. We are very satisfied, thank you for everything <3

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Fatih and Mr. Tamer for their interest. It is a house where families with children can easily stay. They helped us in every matter with a smiling face. We felt like we were at home. The materials in the house were sufficient. It is 5 minutes by car from the center of Dalyan. You can meet all your needs. It was a holiday that I was extremely satisfied with. I have learned a place that I will always consider staying.

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

8 friends, we had a great time. The neighbors and the village people were very friendly. When 8 people came out on the road we went out with 6 people, the host Mr. Aydin helped us a lot. The house is very convenient, close to everywhere. The garden pool is very good. We would like to thank Mr. Aydın for his interest and kindness.

The house was in an incredibly peaceful place in nature, just like in the photos. My family and I had a great time both in the pool and in the garden. The interior of the house was sparkling clean, and Selimiye and the surrounding bays were excellent. Mr. Metin was a very good host, and he answered all our questions about the house and the environment. Accepting pets was also a huge plus. We would love to come back as soon as possible.

Deniz is both warm, friendly and professional. He was responsive, punctual and gave us clear instructions. The Villa itself is beautiful. Everything is new and clean. The rooms are spacious and illuminated by natural light. The pool is clean. All in all it is a beautiful place well worth the money, and Deniz is a great host!

A very great, quiet holiday in a natural environment. Ula is an outgoing small town with friendly people and a nice history. The host Mehmet and his family were great hosts who were always available and enriched our vacation, with their recommendations (the family owns a super delicious place in Marmaris and recommended us a boat tour in Akyaka). The pool was cleaned 2x weekly and the entire place was very clean and minimalist to the essentials, which made everything much easier. The center was within 15 minutes walking distance. Here, visitors can expect small, cute shops and parks that are busy until late in the evening. You will be very warmly welcomed, the food is local and delicious. On Fridays it has a market where you can buy cheap and regional fruits and vegetables. Cities such as Muğla, Marmaris and Akyaka are very easily accessible by car and have many beautiful sights.

We can say that it is a clean, sparkling, and hospitable family business. The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos. You can say that the location is in the middle of a great bay, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at a minimum, you are on the beach with🤓 2 steps, the employees are friendly, they help with everything we ask and the conversations were very nice. We can say that we fell in love with Selimiye with the calm sea and the night stars. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay in the same place again ❤️

Mr. Osman was extremely caring, the house was very clean and very comfortable for our stay for 4 people. It made our vacation very easy with its location close to all the attractions.

Really nice and clean apartment felt very homly, very comfy bed, liked the 3 balconys as you can choose to sit in the sun or the shade, its also very quiet considering its in such a busy part of town, overall was a lovely place too stay and would definitely stay there again.

Meeting Yunus's family was great Super nice people are genuinely happy to meet guests!The house fully corresponds to the description Very clean and spacious ,a large street balcony on which we spent most of the day and evening of surroundings and landscapes like in a cinema , relax from fields and forests There is a bay nearby and you can rent a yacht,you can just swim in the shade of forests. There are not many people nearby a market with everything you need,prices are more expensive So everything you need is better to buy in advance. There are two dogs chickens and turkeys and all this in general makes the environment more rural and homely!I definitely recommend staying with Uncle Turan !!!

The atmosphere was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool night lighting swing and garden. Located in a village, 20 minutes to Akyakaya on a neat road by car. Gill and his wife Mark were very friendly and welcoming 😊

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

We had a great vacation. The view of the house was very nice, although there were houses around, it was very quiet and in a location in nature. Since there are markets nearby, we had no trouble at all. The house was spotless and had items that might be needed. We saw goats and squirrels around the house, it was very enjoyable.
