Eser’s Hotel is in a fantastic central location—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. You really can’t beat it for convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if anything was needed. The atmosphere is cosy and laid-back, with clean and comfortable rooms, that make you feel right at home. Considering the budget, it’s excellent value for money—great quality without overpaying. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in the heart of Ölüdeniz.

We would give this place 10 stars if we could. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the elegant decor, the large suites, the HUGE and fresh daily breakfast, and the wonderful people. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We cannot wait until we have the opportunity to stay here again.

He went above and beyond for us and helped determine the best means of a day trip to Ephesus. He arranged early taxi pickup and really went out of his way to make us feel as though we were his only guest. Thank you!

Appartamento in un'ottima posizione con affaccio sulla marina di Bodrum. in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia organizzata di Gumbet, in altri 15 minuti si arriva alla bella marina di Bodrum. 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al primo supermercato. Buona la pulizia dell'appartamento che è anche meglio delle foto!!!

Basic but delightful, clean and welcoming place. Rooms are simple but beautiful, and the garden is amazing. Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast. The hotel is situated in the city centre and near everything, but quiet and peaceful. We’d love to come back!

Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

A real hidden gem! Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Wonderful friendly staff great pool and garden. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it

Öncelikle Mehmet beye ilgi alakası ve karşılaması için teşekkür ederim. Gerçekten doğanın içinde mükemmel ve sessiz biryer. Oda temizliği olsun havuz jakuzi temizliği olsun Harikaydı. Sabah kahvaltısı benim diyen serpme kahvaltıçılardan daha güzel ve temizdi. Akşam yemeği için işletmenin yanında ki restoran gerçekten çok güzel ve uygundu.

Kaan bey çok dost canlısı ve çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Bize tekne turundan tutun gidilebilecek plajlara kadar her konuda yardımcı oldu. Hotel olanakları çok iyiydi bar kısmında oturup kafa dinleyebilirsiniz havuzunda güzel vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar aynı yeri tercih ederiz eşimle çok memnun kaldık tam bir aile hoteli

Oldukça sakin bir konaklama oldu. Herkes oldukça yardımcı ve dostaneydi. Detaylarda bahsedilmese de akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı da oldukça lezizdi.

This place by Ilya very well suited my family for the 4 days we were in Bodrum. The place was spacious and had a lovely view we enjoyed every morning and evening. The bathrooms are a little small so do be aware of that, but that wasn't a big bother for us. The host was very responsive to our requests for towels, extra pillows, and to replace a broken iron. I will say that the sofa was stained quite heavily and that parking isn't reserved for you, it's more like a first come first serve on the street but you will find a spot.

I want to start with the hotel receptionist, Dee was amazing and most helpful person that we met in Turkey. Helped us throughout and with everything that we needed to know. The hotel location was exceptional considering price and just 2 minutes away from Calis beach. Would recommend 100% for budget stay.

Konum itibariyle eski datçanın hemen arka sokağında oluşu bizi mutlu etti, kaldığımız oda kullanışlı ve temizdi, bahçeye bayıldık , atmosfer şahaneydi, çok huzurluydu. Ayrıca işletme sahibi Oğul bey ve Ayşe hanımın samimiyetleri ve güler yüzlü olmaları bizi çok mutlu etti, datçaya yolunuz düşsün ve burada kalın mutlaka.

Konumu ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Pansiyonun muhiti sakin küçük merkeze göre serin bir lokasyondaydı. Pansiyon odamız gayet temiz düzenliydi dışardan odaya geldiğinizde sizi her zaman vanilya kokusu karşılıyor pansiyon sahipleri bir aileden gibiydi her zaman güleryüzlülerdi . Tekrar muğlaya gelsem terddüt etmeden konaklayacağım biryer teşekkür ederim :)

Notre séjour sur Fethiye s'est très bien passé grâce au logement fourni par Kadri, parfaitement situé face a la plage et a toute proximité des restaurants et commerces de la ville 😊

Honestly to start with this was a beautiful stay with the windows open you can fell the breeze in the morning. It was surrounded by neighbours and you feel part of the community but still have your private space. I would honestly recommend this place 100% to anyone wanting to enjoy simplicity and beauty in its purest form.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The team went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the location is unbeatable, especially with free car parking. But the real stand out is still the staff :) We wished we stayed longer, and will be thinking of this special place for a long time!
