Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The apartment (over 100 sqm) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to unwind.
