It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is on the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. Beautiful chalet by the forest with private jacuzzi

Arrive, feel the forest and feel free. A chalet has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen-living room and terrace. With the fully equipped kitchen, you can perfectly take care of yourself. In the private jacuzzi, you can enjoy the evenings wonderfully. For shared use, there is a sunbathing lawn, a Finnish sauna and a relaxation room overlooking the forest.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is set amid gardens, apple orchards and vineyards. The mill is located in our yard, right next to a small creek - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. If the nights become cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse parlor by the tile stove before crawling up in the mill under the cuddly ceiling.

Relax in this quiet space in a central location. Flat located on the 2nd floor of a historic house dating from 1425, 80 meters from Piazza Città.
