Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

We offer elegant and cosy apartments: single and double guestroom Tea and coffee ad libitum adjoining bathroom adjoining kitchen free Wifi television We are situated in Köln-Mülheim, the district is located on the right bank of the Rhine with very good railway and metro connections to the Koelnmesse (5 minutes), Lanxessarena and to the centre/cathedral/main station (8 minutes). You reach the airport Cologne/ Bonn in 20 minutes. Supermarket at the corner, bakeries, restaurants, parc and the Rhine are easily accessible on foot. The apartments offer a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedrooms give on to the backyard, where you find a beautiful garden. The kitchen provides all the necessary to cook and feel at home.

Welcome to Cologne! After a long day of sightseeing or at the trade fair, relax in this lovely little, recently renovated, self-catering, one-room apartment with balcony. Supermarkets, restaurants and a bakery are within a 5 minute walk, the main train station and the trade fair are 10 minutes by tram and the airport is only 25 minutes by train. E-Werk and the Palladium are 10 minutes away by bus. There's even a refreshing bottle of Kölsch beer in the fridge waiting for you. See you soon.

Cozy 15 m² living-bedroom on the 1st floor,for 1–2 people with separate toilet on the same floor and separate lockable shower on the 2nd floor, all three rooms are accessible via the stairwell of the apartment building. About 200 m walk to the Vischeringstraße bus & train stop, the A3/A4 motorway is very close. By tram, you need about 11 minutes to the Cologne trade fair, to the main train station and the city about 24 minutes and to Cologne/Bonn Airport about 35 minutes.

Cozy chic apartment, close to the fair, conveniently located and with parking. In this apartment, you can rest and relax. There is a balcony and a bathtub, as well as a small kitchen. Aircraft noise is to be expected at times. It's not a newly renovated apartment, so please don't expect perfection.

We had a really great time at this place. Yavuz was really great with giving instructions as well as recommendations. The train station was only a 2min walk away and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in. From the apartment to the central train station or the Cathedral you can reach there by just 1 train station. Heike is also very nice and the communication with her is well attended.
