Holiday rentals with a patio in Mulheim, Germany

The apartment is really great in all the aspects. Location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, 5-6 minutes walk from downtown, all the cafes and restaurants. In front of the building is situated the Opera and Theatre with the spectacular park. The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with all necessary equipment and amenities, balcony has nice view as well as the in yard space. Special thanks to host, Mert, who was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this apartment when next time will be in Essen.

It was located near Duisburg Central Station, so the access to the accommodation was so good. It was easy to get anywhere, and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was easy to buy necessary items. The room was also clean, so I had a comfortable stay.

The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. We had a wonderful 4-day stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely top-notch – located a bit outside the city, so it's quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The connection to public transport is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I can only highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again at any time!

Ulrike's house is the best place we've stayed in Europe in so many years (maybe not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes you feel the beauty of being in nature. It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

My mom and I felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was available for daily use. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden with terrace is a beautiful little oasis with beautiful plants and with cozy seating. Guiseppe and his wife are very warm , friendly people. I felt at home. If we come back to Oberhausen, I will definitely choose this accommodation again ( hopefully free again at this time) . Was really very nice there.
