The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Wir vermieten unser kleines Gästezimmer (... es ist EIN Zimmer, auch wenn airbnb bei den Bildern Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer getrennt aufführt) mit eigenem Bad und Eingang. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett 80x200 cm, das sich schnell auf 160x200 cm verbreitern lässt. Das Zimmer hat zwar „nur“ ca. 13qm (plus Bad), aber sonst alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt: einen Schrank, 2 Stühle, einen Tisch, Kühlschrank, die Möglichkeit Kaffee und Tee zu kochen... Tassen, Teller, Besteck ...

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Our freshly renovated and light-flooded apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city. From here you can reach the city centre, Messe Essen and the clinic in only a few minutes (by car). The apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area overlooking the sunny balcony. The cosy living room/bedroom has Smart-TV, WLAN & your own Netflix + Amazon Prime Account! We are also happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair! :)

Small attic apartment

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

Cozy whole apartment with view of the countryside

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

Cozy apartment in Kettwig

In a picturesque half-timbered house in the south of Essen, we have an apartment for rent on the ground floor. It consists of two and a half rooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 15 minutes' walk to the Ruhr, 5 minutes' walk to the bus. Attention! Currently, the Wi-Fi is down. We have not been able to resolve the issue since changing providers. However, the network coverage of the providers is good here.

Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

Our newly renovated apartment has its own entrance. It is bright and cozy. The kitchen is complete: fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. The bathroom is equipped with soap, shower bath, shampoo, toilet paper, cotton pads, ear cleaner, towels and hair dryer.

The 65 sqm apartment is about 10 minutes walk to the main train station, the city center and the green areas on the Ruhr. The tram or U-Bahn [subway] stops can be reached in about 3-4 minutes on foot. The apartment has everything you need and is great for solo travelers, couples, families with max. 2 children, trade fair visitors in Essen & Düsseldorf as well as business travelers.

The apartment in Mülheim an der Ruhr (Speldorf district) is conveniently located for drivers, just a three-minute drive from the motorway. This gives you quick access in and out in all directions (A3/A40). The accommodation for up to 4 guests offers free Wi-Fi, a TV with free Netflix access, and a terrace with garden views. Room 3, with the sofa bed, is a walk-through room.
