Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. Parking is also provided within the apartment. Near the apartment there is a shop, pharmacy, bakery, children's playground, restaurant, bus station, and the nearest beach is about 500 meters away. The most famous "Paradise Beach" is about 900 meters from our apartment.
