Voluntary, lifelong! In our unique listed boutique apartment in the old Laupheim prison, you will spend an unforgettable time! Meanwhile, the prison conditions have changed so much that you and your cellmate will enjoy being imprisoned. Immediately after the briefing, water and bread are available. The special feature: You will experience the prison with all the luxurious amenities that prisoners did not have between 1840 and 1960. One room is still in its original condition!

The apartment is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house from around 1500 at the entrance to the city center, below the church. Close to restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher and supermarket. Bicycles can be parked and charged. The apartment is located above the in-house upholstery shop. Welcome!

The modern apartment is completely new and cozy. It is located in a new building. We offer various types of coffee and tea as well as many other things free of charge. The apartment is fully equipped. A closed garage plus parking space in front are also at your disposal free of charge. The house is quietly located and there are no cars along the house. My Resilia consists of an old house dating back to 1887 and a top modern residential building. We have set up three bedrooms right there to maintain the safety of the old building. You can really feel the thick, clay plaster and wood. Shielded cables and SAMINA sleep systems allow for optimal sleep. The kitchen is the heart of the home, a sociable space where you can cook for yourself with high-quality equipment.

The spacious apartment offers everything you need for a short or longer stay. The bakery in Baustetten is within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in Laupheim, just a 5-minute drive away. Ulm can be reached in approximately 15-20 minutes via the B30.

"Cozy apartment with terrace" The new apartment, lovingly furnished by us with one bedroom and a sofa bed (in the living and kitchen area), fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, is about ten minutes walk from the train station and approx. 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, in the Biberach district "Talfeld". 2 minutes' walk away is an EDEKA market with a bakery.
