Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Jasmine Cottage Mundesley

A 4 minute walk to Mundesley Beach. During July and August we take 7 night bookings. Our house is a beautiful historic property in the picturesque seaside village of Mundesley in Norfolk. Built 1914. Close to Mundesley Beck, with Gold Park, skate park, local shops, cafes and restaurants just a short walk from us. The house is well equipped, two bedrooms for 4 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge. Parking for 1 vehicle.
