An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

Superbe appartement situé à deux pas de la mer. L'appartement est impeccable, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La seule chose à considérer est que les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas opaques, ce qui peut laisser entrer la lumière tôt le matin. Mais autrement, tout était parfait! Federica a été très polie, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! ******** Beautiful apartment just steps from the sea. The space is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so the rooms can get bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Federica was polite, quick to respond, and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Mia mamma ha soggiornato nell’appartamento di Gabriele per 12 giorni. Non avremo potuto chiedere di meglio. L’appartamento è stato da poco completamente rinnovato. Luminosissimo e splendidamente arredato. Dotato di una terrazza con vista acquedotti romani meravigliosa. La casa pulitissima è dotata di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono stati semplicemente deliziosi, sempre disponibili e gentili. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo appartamento! Noi faremo ritorno in autunno!

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

I'm an architect designer and I pay attention in details. This place is amazing because it is quiet and extremely cozy. Everything is perfectly set to make unforgettable this experience and the bed is so comfortable that you sleep like a babe. On top of this Lucia is super kind and nice and she made me feel welcome immediately. She pays attention in details such as providing all the basic things you may need and even what you did not even think about. I will definitely came back soon! Thanks Lucia for this lovely stay ❤️

Alessandro was a great host. Responsive, kind and very helpful. Easy to communicate with. His space is in a wonderful neighborhood and walkable to all the attractions Rome has to offer! The bed is in a loft and may be a little tricky to navigate if you have any accessibility needs but other than that, it was rustic, clean and a lovely stay!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Be sonders praktisch: entlang der Straße gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, was in Rom echt Gold wert ist. Die Busverbindungen ins Zentrum sind sehr gut – die Haltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Gastgeber hat uns außerdem tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe gegeben, was uns sehr geholfen hat, uns schnell zurechtzufinden. Klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

Soggiorno impeccabile grazie alla disponibilità di Manuel e dei suoi co-host. Il check-in è favoloso, permette totale libertà di movimento ed indipendenza. L’appartamento è in posizione strategica nella zona più nuova e commerciale dell’Europarco di Roma sud. Nonostante questo è molto silenzioso. Stanze da letto, cucina e bagni ampi. Nella zona sicuramente una delle soluzioni migliori che sono disponibili

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

Notre séjour à Rome c'est très bien déroulé nous avons adoré la ville et le logement était parfait. Calme ,très propre et très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Emplacement merveilleux et charmant dans le centre historique et proche à pied des principaux sites de Rome . Frederica et Giuliano on été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée ce sont des hôtes accueillants et très serviables. Merci

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Raul war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, daher sollte man etwas mehr Zeit für Fahrten in die Stadt einplanen – das wussten wir aber vorher und es war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him. We had a wonderful stay at Aldo’s place! The house is beautiful—especially in the evening when the terrace lights up, creating the perfect spot to relax. Aldo was the best host I’ve ever had. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He shared great local tips and immediately came by to check on the air conditioning when we mentioned it wasn’t cooling fast—such thoughtful and prompt attention! To top it off, Aldo generously offered to drop us at the train station when we were leaving. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Nancy was incredibly sweet, warm, and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. My parents were visiting Rome from India, and she went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and at home. Her kindness and hospitality truly made their trip special. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!
