The guesthouse has a tea kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, a small living room and access to garden and covered terrace with barbecue. You can enjoy a glass of wine under the vines or go for a walk to the beach or forest less than 1 km from here. I live in the main house next door, so if you have any questions or want you are always welcome to knock. All breakfast ingredients are ready in the fridge and freezer.

In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming annexe gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. The cabin is 56 m2 and contains entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, family room/living room as well as two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places. There is a heat pump and room for a baby cot in one bedroom. We provide freshly ground coffee for the mocha pot. Please bring your own towels and linens.
