Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large-capacity barbecue, a gas paella cooker, a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, a work area, smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, and a chill-out area with a sofa and lounge chairs. La piscina es súper refrescante durante estos meses y tiene iluminación nocturna para que puedas disfrutar de un baño bajo las estrellas.

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

There are numerous hiking, cycling, and other activity trails in the surrounding area.
