Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich erholsame Auszeit suchen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Auch im Herbst und Winter! Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 10 min.).

BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Living right on Lake Constance | Apartment 4

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 4 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed 140x190cm.

Cosy Studio with private beach. The loft is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There is a private enclosed beach. Good restaurants, boat rental and boat school just around the corner. Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Distance fair Friedrichshafen (Messe Friedrichshafen) 15 kilometers, Friedrichshafen 15 kilometers, Constance 18 kilometers.

Our holiday home is very spacious and suitable for up to five people. From the stylish and homely living room with sofa bed you can step outside to a balcony. Situated direct in heart of Constance !!! Bicycles have a dry and safe place in the locked, covered courtyard. The BODENSEE-CARD is included in the tourist tax: free travel on all public transportation. Floor area: 30 qm (plus balcony)

New 80 sq. m apartment, built in 2015 in the middle of one of the most popular residential areas of Constance. The apartment is located just opposite the University of Applied Sciences, 100 m from the shore of Lake Constance and the beach bar, 500 m from the old town with Niederburg and the cathedral. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
