The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom.
