All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house has been renovated and is technically up to date, including electric roller shutters, satellite TV, fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime and Disney+. Trampoline, playground, hammocks, sun loungers and a large terrace with a porch swing, hot tub and gas grill.
