On the ground floor there is a hall, a living room with a fireplace and a TV, an equipped kitchenette, a dining room, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage. There are terraces on the ground floor, and two balconies with beautiful views on the first floor.
