We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

Lovely secluded location, in a small group of similar properties. Lovely views over the golf course. Access to the golf clubhouse was easy and very useful, as the weather wasn't great. We made use of the 25m pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room and the gym. (Family pool also available). Very nice property with nice socialising/kitchen area. All in all, we were very pleased with it.

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

Lovely secluded spot in Cornwall, easy driving to National Trust, beaches, and other walks. Well kitted out for young children too. Sally was really helpful whenever I communicated with her, would definitely stay again.

One of our best airbnb experiences to date. Warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The house was spotless and felt brand new, so many thoughtful details were included! Only one warning….you might fall in love with their beautiful dog Alfie!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse and Sophia was a very kind and responsive host (eg we asked if they had a blue tooth speaker we could borrow and it was brought straight round - Thankyou!). We enjoyed the large sociable kitchen space with the comforting Aga to come home to. The garden space was very peaceful and we had great fun in the games room playing table tennis, table football and pool on our first night. We also made use of the swimming pool and playing boules in the garden. The house is large and comfortable for groups and families and has a Manor House feel to it which we loved. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Communication was brilliant and very welcoming. My daughter absolutely loved the pool, and what a treat to be able to book it for our use only.

As a family of four, we really enjoyed our one night stay at The Pound House. Beautiful cottage in very peaceful surroundings, Jacquie gave us loads of information before we arrived about places to go, eat and also which narrow lanes to avoid. Thanks for having us!

We had an excellent weekend staying here to celebrate my boys 18th. Sharon was an excellent host, really communicative throughout. Easy and understandable instructions and the house was exactly how it was described. A perfect space, very homely and short walk to the Barbican. Would highly recommend this property for comfort and its location is so close to the city centre and the Barbican. Loved our stay, many thanks.

Rebecca's annexe was a lovely place to stay for a peaceful few days away. It has beautiful views and felt very relaxing. The kitchen and whole property was very well equipped which made us feel right at home and very comfortable! It had local guides, games, netflix, extra blankets, toiletries and much more! We really loved staying here, thank you so much Rebecca for letting us stay in your lovely annexe!

fantastic find, which is have reviewed before coming to Plymouth but never booked. Now wishing I did! ideal location for us as we were visiting family, however a short drive into Plymouth or the main locations like Barbican. which are not walking distance. The home was stylish and tastefully decorated. everything was well maintained and even had treats & bowls left for our dogs. Plus a lovely touch of a bottle of wine which was waiting for us. Daryl was super helpful and responsive. helped accommodate our check out needs with a slightly later check out too. (Thank you) The garden was perfect for our dogs and with fantastic weather the garden furniture is perfect to relax in. highly recommend and hoping to stay again.

It’s a budget 3 bed and 1 livingroom flat, it’s ok for the amount asked but host , I highly recommend!

the house was lovely beautiful view, was spotless. comfy beds. us girls had a fantastic time, loads of room in front room for everyone to spend quality time together. only thing I would recommend to owner is some more mirror in bedrooms so when people getting ready. we will definitely be returning. thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property xx

We had 4 nights at Calmady. Comfortable, well equipped accommodation and easy to get to the beach and coast path. A beautiful area and we will return.

House was clean and tidy. Very well equipped. Lovely views of the sunset. Neighbourhood was very quiet. Would stay again if we are in the area.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb/other like properties and have never seen a host as professional as Ian! He actually created a book and had multiple copies available throughout the property to explain everything and provide tips and local suggestions of places to go and things to do, incredible! The property is very spacious and very clean and suited the 7 of us perfectly. The location is perfect, and easily walkable to The Hoe, Barbican, and City Center so we didn’t need our vehicle much at all except for some longer trips out of town. The parking space was a nice bonus though and made having a car easy. The kitchen area is where we spent most of our time as it was plenty spacious for the 7 of us to hang out, and the kitchen area Jen has every amenity you would need as we cooked a few meals there. We often travel to Plymouth to see family and will absolutely see if this properties available when we visit again.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning 6-bedroom house in Plymouth, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed the entire home was. Each of the six bedrooms was beautifully decorated, offering plenty of space, incredibly comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail was evident in every room, with high-quality linens, tasteful decor, and plenty of storage. The communal areas were just as impressive. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group, and the dining area made every meal feel like a special occasion. The lounge was cozy yet generous in size, perfect for movie nights or just catching up as a group. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was how welcoming and accommodating the host was—always quick to respond.

We had a lovely stay in Plymouth and this accommodation is within a short walk of The Barbican, Aquarium and The Hoe. Great communication with the host and would stay here again. Thank you

Was a really lovely place to stay, looked exactly like the photos, clean, tidy etc. Hosts were wonderful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boundary cottage! It’s beautifully designed with gorgeous high quality interiors. It was just right for us - two adults and two children. Everything was provided for a child friendly stay (high chair, stair gate, travel cot, kids tableware). The cottage is compact but has made the most of all space for useful storage, it had everything we needed. Highlights for us were the beautiful bed linen, the gorgeous bathroom with uninterrupted views into the fields with the cows and the lovely walk straight out of the front door down the farm track. Our kids adored the cows and the little play area was a welcome occasional distraction!
