Mamdi's Country

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Altes Pfarrhaus Eifel (2 people)

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument restoration. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as using natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak floorboards, clay plaster, lime paints and a solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

This peaceful family villa offers an exceptional relaxing stay. It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private tennis court in "Red Court" renovated in 2022 available 300 m from the house. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
