This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.

Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge Palatinate Forest

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can store your bikes in the outbuilding.

Alte Färberei Runkel (up to 30 guests)

The Alte Färberei in Runkel is a self-catering guest house. It is rented to only one group at a time. Up to 30 people can stay in the house, 16 in beds and 14 in the mattress dormitory (mattresses available). The Alte Färberei is perfectly suited for family and friend gatherings as well as for seminars and corporate events, with a minimum of two nights. Shops, train station and the spa park with the saline are in walking distance. A short stroll over the vineyards leads to both the Palatinate Weinsteig and the Palatinate Forest with many hiking and refreshments, ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers . A lovely place in every season.
