Holiday rentals with a patio in Myakka City, Manatee County

Sandra was such a wonderful host! She was so kind and helpful! Her place was in the perfect location, had great amenities, and made our stay so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it!

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

A last-minute booking that turned out to be a great choice! The property was ideal for a family getaway, featuring a beautiful yard, a fun trampoline that even us adults enjoyed, a clean pool and patio, and a well-equipped, tidy home. The host was kind and responsive. My only regret not staying longer!! Though a bit farther from the beach, the private location was a relaxing escape from holiday crowds. I will definitely be keeping this as a favorite for future weekend getways😊

This place is perfect. Everything you want in an air bnb and it’s exactly like it looks. My family and I were beyond happy with it. The pool is gorgeous. The location is amazing it’s legit 8 to 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you need or want to do. The house is quiet and the beds are super comfy. I would rent this place every year for a trip. Also the host is awesome! They were there for anything we needed or had questions about and are super nice and friendly people. Thanks again for everything!

Brooke’s home was PERFECT for what my family and I were looking for!!! It even correlated with the beach theme for my daughter’s birthday celebration after arriving from the beach. It was very cozy and the kids really enjoyed the open space and dining area for easy access to eat meals. We truly enjoyed our stay and experience and highly recommend!!! Brooke was very responsive and checked in to see if there was anything that we needed. We will definitely book again in the future!!! Next time it will be longer 😃!!!

Karen and Dave are super great people. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. We absolutely loved everything. The dogs and cats so sweet. The outdoors private, and peaceful. The surroundings beautiful. We didn't want to leave.

Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the basics you could need for a short stay. Having the pool was the best part. There were plenty of options for entertainment in the house if the weather was sour. Just an hour or less to endless locations for great food and entertainment. I did not get to use the bikes but they looked so inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and nice... Would have been perfect for a ride around. I will definitely be checking availability when I'm visiting the area again. The host was friendly and available... Even though we didn't need anything. What a great way to get away.

Alvin’s place was exactly as described and pictured on the listing. They were very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for things in the area. The beaches (anna maria, siesta key, and longboat key) were all within 30 mins from the place. The AC worked well but it did tend to stay a little warmer in the bedroom but thankfully there was an overhead fan so that helped it stay cooler over night. The outdoor lighting at night really made the place have a whole new vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

Anastasia's place is a delightful urban retreat from the cluttered busyness of the Sarasota area. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was going to be a comfortable and thoughtfully renovated space. Anastasia has thought of everything from a complementary bottle of wine to well stocked kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We also appreciated the superfast Wi-Fi. The beds were super comfy with exquisite linens and sheets. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and also additional towels and beach chairs available for a day at the water. The location was perfect. It was conveniently and centrally located between my mother-in-law's in Bradenton and my brother's house near Saint Armand Circle. There are tons of great restaurants in the area to enjoy. I don't personally enjoy mangoes, but if that's your thing, you'll notice that the tree in the backyard is absolutely loaded with them! I was almost tempted to pick one. We will certainly book Anastasia's place again!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!
