Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Myakka City, Manatee County

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

I would definitely consider returning to this comfortable little bungalow. All was as described and fully functional. Only annoyance were some vocal roosters next door, but not so much that they disturbed sleep or detracted from the relaxing atmosphere inside.

My family and I had a great time. The home was clean and very detailed oriented. Host was so kind and nice! We will be coming back soon.

House was clean and perfect size for us. It is 1 king and 1 double, not 2 Queens. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Paige is very responsive. Would stay here again

This place is amazing!!! Jay (the host) was super responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous with all of the amenities you could want including kayaks, fishing poles (there's a lake in your backyard), towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The house is in a gated community with a beautiful zero entry infinity pool (heated) that my boys really enjoyed. There's 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for a large family. I really can't say enough about this house. We will be back next year!

This is a must see location. Peaceful, beautiful trees making a real country feel, a huge pond and trails. Looking for a quiet place this is it. Looking for a venue for a large party wedding, look no further. This place offers so much more. Host was there to greet us and make sure everything was good. Gave a brief over view of the property. Immediate Responce to all questions and the best part Dog friendly !

This home was absolutely wonderful and perfect for a big family! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a well-equipped kitchen with spices, oil, salt, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and extra linens, which made everything so convenient. The house is very spacious, clean, and filled with natural light — we immediately felt at home. Our kids especially loved splashing around in the jacuzzi, and my husband truly enjoyed fishing at sunset — such peaceful and unforgettable moments. The host was always available and incredibly helpful, recommending beautiful beaches and great places to visit in the area. We are very grateful for such a warm and welcoming stay — we would definitely love to come back again!

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Our stay was seamless! The location of the apartment was in walking distance to all there is to do in Sarasota, and having parking included meant we could explore beyond Sarasota to the other local areas. The apartment was comfortable and everything was clean. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Great place, super clean, felt spacious & cozy but modern! Communicative and friendly host, peaceful neighborhood. Definitely recommend and obviously can’t beat the beautiful beaches and atmosphere of Sarasota 🌞

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!
