Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live all by yourself with the water and the river as the closest neighbor. The beaver often visits. The cabin is located on a headland with water on three sides and the forest as a background. From the armchair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gazebo while watching the fish. Or maybe you'd like to paddle out to a small island and spend the night in a hammock there.

The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and the home are very child friendly. The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Hiking areas in the forest to mountains. swimming areas, and nice fishing opportunities in the river . winter time :great ski slopes in the mountain area 10 min away by car. The cabin is located in a small village. 10 min away by car you will get to Mykland ,there is a shop that has what is needed, you are going to a larger village it is 35 min to Evje or 50 min drive to the great coastal town of Arendal.

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.
