Been at the property as a family , for 11 nights. The apartment is in a convenient location: 15 minutes with a calm step to the beach and a couple of minutes to a large park. The apartment is clean, the bed with a comfortable mattress, everything you need was there. Loved the balcony, spacious and cozy, you can have privacy there. Victoria quickly confirmed the reservation, responded promptly and responded to our requests, was constantly in touch, so our stay was comfortable! I recommend the place and thank you Victoria! We were satisfied!

We felt very comfortable here and have booked again. Location, price and performance are just right here. We especially liked the balcony and the extra room with a desk and a single bed, which can also be used comfortably as a couch during the day. Internet is good. The beds are hard, but we slept well. Even the nightly alarms didn't really bother us. Both the beach and the center are within walking distance.

Dear, in the future guests of this location. You could try to find fault with something, but there is nothing to do. We (the company of 10 people) liked everything. Cozy, all the attributes of the weekend are available. If you go for more than three days in a row, take care to talk with Alina the cleaning conditions, since you don't want to, and in two days you go here, you will want to refresh the room. we also paid about two thousand UAH for the window sill burned with a cigarette, which, as Alina assured me will be completely replaced. morality: cleanliness and order is a deposit of health and any comfortable rest. all have a nice weekend. Great flat in a nice area! Wonderful value for money. Very close to the beach The view from the balcony is just a feast for the eyes, I was very pleased with the small table there, where it is pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the landscape! The hostess is friendly and quick to respond. Nice to do business! Of the disadvantages, only WiFi, which in some places in the apartment does not catch well, but it is a sin to complain. We'd love to come again.

I enjoyed my time in this apparent. I love the cleanness, WiFi, amenities in general and Maksym was friendly. I will come back for sure. It is super close to Arcadia restaurants and bars. I really recommend this apartment.

Great place for a quite vacation. 10 mins to the beach and 15 mins by taxi to Arkadia

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
