The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Pietetsfully renovated with stunning garden outside. The house has 8 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds, extra children's room with another 3 beds. 3 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet, large dining room with room for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 living rooms both with TV, 2 terraces and a large balcony, 2 fireplaces.

The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

In the woods of Asa (called the highlands of southern Sweden) we rent out our stuga. It is located in a beautiful area in Småland with many lakes, hills and forests. There are nearby resorts with piers and beaches for swimming, fishing and boating. There are several hiking trails and cities nearby. (Such as Växjö) The cottage is located in the woods on our property. We live off-grid and try to create a vegetable garden full of flowers every year.
