Our modern, atmospheric home is the perfect space for relaxation, a weekend getaway, a romantic stay, or a family vacation. This 80-square-meter (861-square-foot) house is located on a large, fenced-in plot. The interior has been designed to combine comfort with a unique atmosphere. A spacious, large living room, an open mezzanine, wooden stairs, and a brick wall give the interior a loft-like feel. The home is fully equipped. For those interested, a Jacuzzi is available [minimum 2 nights, for a fee]—perfect for evening relaxation.

Sunny Chełm is a unique place in a fairy-tale scenery, almost in the clouds with a wonderful view of the panorama of the Tatra Mountains. An independent apartment of a high standard, whose finish and usability will satisfy the most demanding Guests. Just 30 km from Krakow. Fully equipped with a large terrace and garden. The apartment has a private sauna. In the garden there is a playground for children and a barbecue shelter. There is also a private parking for guests.
