Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Friendly host and accomodation was comfortable. Just what was needed

In all honesty, it was the best condo I've stayed in here in Pattaya. The condo itself was super clean. All the amenities were amazing. Rooftop infinity pool was just absolutely beautiful. The view from the condo was just amazing. This condo was a much better stay then most hotels. Thanks Supinda for being such a great host.

Great spacious place and nice location with easy access to popular areas in the Pattaya Beach area.

Host was very responsive. Gave clear directions and checked in to make sure everything was good. Incredible view of the city and ocean view. Also not far from walking street and other main attractions. Only thing is I think the cleaners could have done a little better. Was a tad dusty and still some dirty tissues left in the bathroom. Otherwise, worth the price we paid and really enjoyed my stay.

it's a good place

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

체크인도 간편하고 숙소주변에 모든걸 갖추고 있어서 게스트가 편리하게 생활 할수 있는것 같습니다. 개인적으로 31층에 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 강추 합니다.

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

guzel bir condo. kuzey pattaya otobus durağına 200 mt mesafede. terminal 21'e 1.5 kilometres uzaklikta. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'Appartement Notre hôte était très très réactif et conciliant. Il a tout fait pour nous arranger un agréable séjour. Par contre nous avons dû acheter un ventilateur. Je pense que ce serait vraiment un plus qu'il y en ait un fourni dans l'appartement pour ceux qui n'aime pas la clim Seul bémol sur l'hôtel, nous n'avons pas accès à la salle de sport. et le personnel vient nous demander à chaque fois si on fait partie de l'hôtel. Un Scooter est indispensable pour se déplacer. accès direct à la plage et piscine très agréable. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon moment, nous reviendrons sans problème dans cet appartement

Jack’s place was everything we expected. Great views, all amenities provided, clean and a comfortable bed. Close to the night market for amazing foods and right at the foot of Jomtien Beach. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Will stay again.
