In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the De Paltz Estate, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the estate. The presence of the horses on the grounds contributes to the rural atmosphere. The Cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. For company bookings during the week, modified stay times or day bookings are possible.

Casa Petite: holiday cottage with garden and parking

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. A cozy house on the water, close to Amsterdam. There is free parking at the door. Walking forests across the street, Loosdrechtse lakes with boat rental and beaches very close by. Within half an hour, you will be in the heart of Amsterdam or Utrecht. Unique is the bright living room/kitchen with large windows all around and French doors to the terrace. Unobstructed views of swans, ducks, coots. And in the evening, you can relax by the fireplace.

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.
