Great stay at Meryem's! The house was very clean and just like the pictures. We were warmly welcomed by our host. I would highly recommend it.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

A stay I'm not about to forget! The accommodation is not only functional, but also perfectly located, a few minutes walk from the beach. You feel right at home here thanks to its warm atmosphere and quality equipment. Badie is an exceptional host, always available, welcoming, and ready to give good advice. Very cute little home in Siri Bou Said with two bedrooms, one is very large. Beautiful area and well located. Live like a local, you are getting the real experience. It’s a young people’s and relatively wealthier area for the city. Quiet compared to the city center. Easy transit to the center. Very responsive host.

Very hospitable, relaxed spot with good amenities

Hi, we were guests at Dar Layem for these 3 days... we found the house impeccable... everything exactly as in the photos and description... the area is very quiet great place if you want to relax... the host is kind, precise and friendly and responds quickly to messages or calls... we also took advantage of the food service at home, delicious!!!! Great solution to spend your holidays, very convenient pool if you don't feel like leaving the house.. the location is great and in a few minutes you reach the beach with equipped beaches! I highly recommend staying with them! We'll definitely be back. ♥️

We had a lovely time there. Very comfortable bedding. Linens are available. Very responsive owner and giving a detail of the surroundings of Hammamet as well as very accurate and useful information. A caretaker is present at night. Highly recommended.

Had a great visit! The host was exceptionally kind, always available, helpful and caring from start to finish. The house was impeccable, clean and perfectly maintained. A real pleasure to stay there. The place is perfect for friends or two couples or families with kids. It’s a nice location and easy to access by taxi. The area is beautiful and nice to explore! Nour and Nabil are great hosts! Mary, the house keeper is very sweet! If I come back to Sidi Boy Said I will try to get their apartment.

Beautiful apartment ideally located, with very easy access. The building is very quiet and especially secure thanks to the presence of a security guard available 24 hours a day.

We spent 16 days in this home and honestly it was a great experience. The house was very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, with a beautiful view and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet and classy, perfect for relaxing. Everything we needed was already there like a washing machine, air conditioner, and all the essentials. What we loved most was the privacy. You really feel like it’s your own space. The neighbors were super friendly too which made the atmosphere even nicer. Teddy, the host, is such a great person. He’s funny, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the first moment. And the price is probably the best you can find in this area considering the size and comfort of the house.

Aziz was very kind and accommodating. We checked in late and checked out a little later and he took it easy. He took us to the harbor and bought the fish with us so that we are not fooled. He also let my grandma drive home when it became too much for her. My mother took a lot of photos and videos from the view to the beach, so I'm satisfied.

We loved the neighborhood in which the Airbnb is located. Its traditional decoration puts us directly in the mood and is very warm. The Airbnb is quiet and relaxing. Thank you!
